My experience as a resident of this home is one of the happiest of my long life. The care organised on my behalf is of an excellent standard. The home is clean, safe and well run.

Dad was admitted into Morton Manor in October as he has late stage Alzheimer's, this has been a very difficult time for our family however the manager has helped ease our worries in his professional and approachable manner . Dad has been treated with dignity and respect and is well looked after here . The staff are genuine and lovely and you can tell they really care for the residents. Everyone of them is approachable and happy to discuss any concerns and worries . The manager in particular has spent a lot of time with us discussing care and even visited Dad in his own home before he was admitted which meant he was familiar which is so important . This team of staff are so important as the genuine care of residents is the most important thing to us and knowing Dad is safe and looked after is priceless. Thank you .

My Mum - Linda entered Morton Manor on 18 November 2024 after a terrible experience in hospital starting August 2024. The team at Morton Manor nursed Linda over a period of almost 12 months. They cured her bed sores, stabilised her medical conditions and provided a safe environment for Linda to build up her health and confidence. This resulted in Linda going for bedbound on arrival to being able to have a phased return to independent living with my Dad concluding in her discharge on 7 November 2025. Neal and the Team were kind and caring to Linda and my Dad. We cannot thank Morton Manor enough for what they have done for Linda. Linda is now looking forward to Christmas 2025 at home with Dad and her family and is making plans for 2026. Thank you to all at Morton Manor from. Linda, Allan and the family.

Staff very attentive and always happy and helpful. Found difficulty using care buzzer only minor problem. Able to put personal things in room to make it more homely. Family able to visit at anytime are staff treat them like one of their own.

It was a very nice experience. Staff are lovely and friendly. Dad enjoyed staying the night and having fish and chips.

The staff are very friendly and Grandad thoroughly enjoys his visits and his overnight stays.

He was discharged from the hospital to Morton Manor. He's settled in so well, and as a family, we have decided to keep him in long-term care. The staff are all kind and caring, and the manager is compassionate.

My wife has dementia and her behaviour can be quite challenging (in my view) but the staff are very good to her and I belive she is lucky to be here.

My father moved here in December 2023 from a residential home as was not able to get the nursing care he needed. As soon as he moved in they assessed his nursing needs, contacted doctors, involved me in all decisions and care plans and asked my opinion all along. They have continued to care for him as needed and changed plans when deteriorating as necessary. They always know how he is mentally and physically and treat him with dignity, care and friendliness.

Can't praise the manager enough, always willing to go the extra mile to help out, very professional and caring.

I feel there is an extremely personal touch about Morton Manor. Thank you to all.

The crae home takes really good care of my mum and other residents and they are really welcome. I have seen a really good improvement.

Since, food has certainly improved and has a choice of menu. The manager has got all things improved 100%, very approachable. Clean. Big improvement with mental health issues and understanding.

They do have some brilliant carers.

When my wife wanted to leave the home, the manager told her that she had an x-ray booked for the Friday and they could only pick up at the home. Disgusting.

Mum was discharged from the hospital to Morton Manor in Sept 2021. Overall experience was poor. The room was often unclean, poor communication, lack of management, and on two occasions I arrived to find mum with no cup/glass or drink jug. Always other's clothes in mum's draws and mum's clothes and a new blanket went missing.

Morton Manor has friendly staff, lovely rooms and is in a very quiet setting.

My father is being cared for at The Manor and we are extremely pleased with the care given, the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. My father is well looked after and cared for and us the family are always consulted and involved in everything to do with dad.
