Over a six-month period through lack of care, Mother had 4 falls with 2 hospitalisations.
Five infections needing antibiotics and 2 hospitalisations.

When the home was taken over by the new owners it improved 100%. The new manager has worked so hard to turn this place around! The staff are fantastic - caring, patient and nothing is too much trouble. The place is clean and tidy. The food is good and they work hard to meet people's dietary requirements.

I think Greenacres Grange is wonderful. We put my mother-in-law here and from walking through the doors the staff were so warm, welcoming and so friendly. I like it at Greenacres Grange. The staff are amazing and extremely caring and understanding. I also like all of the activities which go on at Greenacres Grange and the food is out of this world. Dad's been in for a year, and apart from lockdown and not seeing him, he was looking great but now he looks tired. The bedrooms/bathrooms are not user-friendly for the elderly/disabled residents. The food is frozen and microwaved/factory-prepared food, which offers little opportunity
