We visited at unusual times and they always accommodated our needs as Mum’s welfare was the most important consideration, not the time of day. In her final weeks, we stayed much longer and we felt as well cared for and looked after as our mother! They genuinely care and do their very best for everyone. I had the privilege of observing them at work over prolonged periods of time and was extremely impressed. They work brilliantly together to ensure all personal needs are met. Each resident is treated as an individual and there is a fantastic atmosphere. Just brilliant.

of entertainment of one sort or another, I have been there when they’ve had singers in, played bingo, trivial pursuits, cards, craft day...there is always something for them to do. Trips out are also available for those that wish to go out. I would highly recommend The Lodge and have done already, to family and friends.
