Overall Experience 2.0 out of 5
My grandson has been the sole resident of this Care House, operated by Phoenix Learning and Care Ltd for nearly a year and a half and, in spite of numerous meetings with Managers and Director including several 'Best Interest' meetings, we as grandparents, have now been deemed too difficult to deal with,
and our grandson has just been given 28 days Notice to leave and find somewhere else where he can access 24/7 care. This is obviously almost impossible and a complete abrogation of their responsibility to him.
There is a lot of history which I cannot go into here, but the the short version is that we are not being treated professionally or fairly. I could not recommend anyone put their young person into the care side of this institution. My grandson has deteriorated mentally and physically since being in their care and they appear not to be worried about that. It is so sad.
