The home environment is so calming and relaxing. There is plenty of space to be with others but also to be alone. It is clean and tidy and well presented. Any issues are dealt with confidentially and quickly by management. The staff are amazing. They are caring and very clued up on what they are talking about. They handle all situations calmly and confidently. This is by far one of the best places I have lived.

My friend moved into the DIL Care Home at the beginning of January 2024. From the outset I found the home completely satisfactory. The care and understanding shown to my friend (who has dementia) by both staff and management is excellent. When I visit I am made to feel welcome and the home has a warm homely atmosphere. In my opinion "simply the best".

It was very hard placing my mother into a home, however, from the start, SONACare really went above and beyond to help me and give me total peace of mind. Six weeks later and my mother absolutely loves living here. The staff are really first class in the caring and commitment, I really could not have found a better home. Thank you so much for looking after my mother.

I have noticed the care home improve and change a lot. I know all staff are very good and take good care of my friend.
