Overall Experience

Lovely staff who go out their way to help guests and each other! They work as a team, always smiling. To add they are always at the end of the phone! Nothing is an issue for management they make everyone feel at ease.

Overall Experience
My son moved into Ashdale House in March 2020 and I am delighted with how he has settled there. His needs are complex and he is treated with respect and compassion, as well as working with him to understand and accept boundaries. He gets on well with the care team and the manager is brilliant with him.
This is the best placement he has been in and I hope he is there for a long time. Communication between myself and his team is good, and I feel that my contribution, as his parent, is valued. I am amazed that he has been able to successfully navigate the restrictions of Lockdown, but he has been supported brilliantly through it.
The accommodation is first class and has been renovated to the highest standard. My son feels safe and settled there and hopes to remain in the managers care for as long as is possible.

I recommend Ashdale House unreservedly; it has brought both my son and I the security and support he needs, to enable him to move forward to the next stage of his life.
