Unwelcoming to the patient, the attitude towards family was dreadful. Care was non-existent and they were unable to handle the situation. Upon leaving we took her straight to the GP to have her checked over.

My uncle was at Pine Lodge for a number of weeks before going to his forever home. He always appeared very well looked after. All the staff there very always very friendly and helpful. A very big thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of him.

Pine Lodge is absolutely amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful, they have been there for me through some really bad times, I would never want my daughter to go anywhere else, she loves everyone there, they do a lot of activities and take them out, best place ever 10 stars from me.

Very poor, one staff member, its her vocation to keep ringing up all the time with excuses, so in the end you go and collect your daughter and break the care down to 3 days max. This is not happening just once, it happens every time you access this service. It is supposed to be a break for parents...

Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support and it is something we take very seriously. I can provide assurance that your daughter appears to enjoy her time that she spends with us at Pine Lodge. Unfortunately due to issues outside of our control there are times when staff have a Duty of Care to contact yourselves or an alternative emergency contact if family member becomes unwell or requires assistance from other health care professionals and in turn this is why unfortunately some respite stays are shorter then expected. Once again, we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
Mum was moved from Hospital to Thackley for rehab and assessment. Adult Social Care and the Thackley care staff have been exemplary in their duties, and she is now moving forward in her progress. Thoroughly recommend this facility.

This place is amazing. All the staff are professional and extremely caring. My Mother has been here for three weeks and is so settled she calls it home. This place is amazing. All the staff are professional and extremely caring. My Mother has been here for three weeks and is so settled she calls it home. My Mother is a very fussy eater and is catered for very well. Would strongly recommend, really can’t fault it here.
