The staff have been kind, caring, patient and professional throughout, always treating my mother with dignity and respect. Their encouragement to engage in activities in the spacious lounge welcome.

The reablement unit itself is comfortable and well maintained, creating a calm and positive environment. The outdoor space is also lovely and provides a peaceful area to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.

There was a good variety and choice of food, and meals were well prepared and presented.

Overall, we have been very impressed with the care, facilities and staff, and we would recommend the unit to others.

My mother has been well looked after in Anglebury Court for 5 years. She always praises her carers and has a has a good relationship with them. She particularly enjoys her meals. I visit most weeks and always find the staff friendly and attentive, and her room is kept clean and tidy. There are organised activities on-site and when well enough, she is taken out to such local attractions as the riverside quay or a garden centre. Record keeping is very good, regarding medication, diet and her general health and wellbeing. Staff are always able to update me on how she has been (as her memory is not so good now). My communications with management have always been easy and a pleasure. Perhaps the best testament to the quality of care she is receiving is the fact that she is approaching her 102nd birthday. I have the greatest respect for all the staff at Anglebury Court and can thoroughly recommend their services to others.

We would like to thank all the staff at Anglebury for the care of our cousin since having a severe stroke a few years ago. They have been very kind, helpful and informative. We are always made to feel welcome and they respond quickly to any requests we have made to them. The home is always clean . We can't comment on the food as we have not eaten there but it always looks to be good !

My dad is very happy there gets on well with all the staff and enjoys the food and mostly joins in with the activities my dad was very active before he broke his hip and is still able to walk around the care home as he pleases we are very grateful to all the staff for his continued care and support

Mum can be very difficult & rude but the staff are very patient with her & nothing is ever too much trouble. They always have a smile for her & me & are interested in her life prior to her living there. She is treated with care & dignity. The food is very good & always piping hot when she is served it. I'm welcomed anytime day or night, I'm able to take my dog in to visit her as well. Most of all I know she is looked after safe & fed and I don't leave feeling anxious. I know she's in excellent hands. I cannot praise the carers enough

The care and attention that my father receives is excellent. The support to our family as a whole is second to none. The activities are varied and frequent and the outside home adventures are brilliant, unusual and include my mother whenever she wants. None of us want to see our loved ones in a care home, but if it has to be so, then this is the best place. Whilst the building itself may not be the most luxurious, in all other respects this is 5* care at its best.

I cannot praise the team and the facilities at Castleman enough. The care they provide my brother who has complex medical needs is fantastic. They not only support him but also give me the comfort that he is well looked after, without the need for me to worry about him. The team are so welcoming, the home is bright, and has a lot to offer all the residents - whoo all appear genuinely happy, settled and well looked after. I couldnt ask for more.

The social media page enables us as a family to keep up to date with all that is happening together with photos of Mum enjoying herself. We would like to thank all of the staff for making like full of smiles and fun for Mum.

My mum has been at Streets Meadow for over 3 years now and I cannot fault the home. The staff all work so hard caring for all the residents. My mum has dementia and the care, love and dignity she receives is outstanding. I am so happy she is living at Streets Meadow and I would personally like to thank all the staff there.

My sister lives here and she loves it. The staff are wonderful & caring. Nothing is too difficult.

My dad has mixed dementia & been a resident at The Hayes for coming up to four years. He hated it at first, tried to escape & was really difficult with the staff. As his family we were mortified & felt an overwhelming sense of guilt that we'd done the wrong thing, but the staff & management were patient with dad, and us, and helped him settle in. They are tremendous & my mum, who visits almost daily, is made to feel included in dad's life. The activity programme is relentlessly varied & colourful - today was "beach day" even including a visit from the donkeys from Weymouth beach. The food is cooked on site, the staff are kind. It may not be 5* by some material standards, en suite bathrooms etc, but it is where it counts. I feel blessed that my dad is there.

I am very grateful for the kindness, care, and support shown to my Mum since she came to live at The Hayes some 5 months ago. The level of care is excellent and the activities are brilliant. She has been able to join in with so many activities and her involvement has surprised and pleased me. This is due to the kindness and encouragement shown at all times by everyone. Thank you so much.

I find all the staff to be friendly and professional the care received is very good and I havent seen my Mum looking so well for a long time. Moving her to Streets Meadow was the best decision

The whole family are very happy with the care dad is continuing to receive at The Lawns. From the warm welcome to dad and extended family when he arrived to the ongoing kind, caring, welcoming approach and professionalism from all the employees at all levels. Dad is settled and happy and this is such a comfort to us all. Thank you to all!

My Mum was in Streets Meadow for respite care for 3 months. The care that she received from the staff during her stay was excellent. The home itself does feel a little dated but we could not fault the cleanliness and that, combined with the level of care, was more important as far as we were concerned.

My Mum moved to Streets Meadow recently from another care home, and the care she has received is incomparably better. All the staff are very kind and attentive. They always seem to have time to respond to a bell, but also regularly pop in to check on Mum who is permanently in bed. They are gentle when they are caring for her. Thank you Streets Meadow.

My Mum has been living in Streets Meadow since January 2023. The staff here are exceptional in all areas. Kind and caring, nothing is ever too much trouble. Mum always tells me how lovely all the staff are to her, and I see this for myself on my weekly visits. I feel they really focus on what each resident enjoys, Mum is very sociable and the activities they provide are excellent, from regular trips to Wimborne to crafts and activities within the home. In the past, she has enjoyed a day at the zoo and they will be taking her to a pantomime this Christmas. Streets Meadow is a lovely homely place, and I couldn't be happier with the care that Mum receives.

We sat day and night with Mum over the last six days of her life and all the staff were just as kind to my husband and I. We cannot thank them all enough, they are true angels.

My wife spent 18 months in care that could not have been bettered. I also spent a week with her due to my operation, so I can personally verify that at no time could the standard of care be higher. Very caring staff, happy atmosphere, as near home conditions as could be wanted. If I need care, this is the place for me!
