The staff have all gone out of their way at the centre to make Tim have a good time. The management of the rotas has been super and all requested adjustments accommodated well. Can't praise or thank them enough.

I am extremely happy with the level of care and support Jane and her team provide in a safe and happy environment with well-thought-out themes and activities which Jim really enjoys and benefits greatly from. Knowing Jim is happy allows me time to relax.

I am so delighted with the wonderful care and support that he gets and how kind the staff are and accommodating of his dementia needs. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile for him and he was a wide variety of trips to keep him engaged.

My husband attends day care three times a month. They do a lot of varied activities. He is always content when I pick him up.
My husband attends day care three times a month. They do a lot of varied activities. He is always content when I pick him up.
My husband looks forward to his visits to the day centre every week, he has little mobility (uses a wheelchair) and is very deaf but staff do their utmost to include him in all the activities. They also give him space if he is feeling overwhelmed when it gets busy.

My husband has been attending the Radfield Day Unit now for quite some time and really looks forward to going, which is now twice a week. He even marks it on the calendar so I won't forget to take him! They provide many activities, which are very creative and engaging. I have found this to be a real help to me, knowing I can leave him with them, where he will be occupied and taken good care of by very experienced and caring staff.
