again your staff were fantastic, we got a call on Friday the 27th September advising us that the doctor has said that he felt my aunt was not doing well and he considered it to be end of life, we called at the care home and my wife and daughter spent the night with her. Your staff kindly made my wife and daughter cups of tea and actually made a sandwich for them.
They treated my aunt with the upmost respect and looked after us when we were with my aunt for her last days.
We cannot praise your staff enough and please pass on our most sincere gratitude to everyone at the care home.

Evening meals are always heavily processed sugary economy children’s meals. Think Spam or tinned spaghetti followed by tinned fruit salad and watery jelly. Don’t believe the promotional glossy pictures and don’t fall for the company platitudes about the care given to nutritional and balanced meals.
There is never anything special, such as a decent bit of cheese, maybe avocado in the salad or a decent bread roll. This is the cheapest possible food available. It’s the stuff of the workhouse and this company should be ashamed of themselves.
