Overall Experience

My mum needed care with personal care as she was becoming more and more frail, eating less and less and becoming more and more withdrawn. Her legs were ulcerated and mobility poor. Since going into Benarty View mum has gained weight and looks so much better. Her legs have cleared up and most importantly

she is back to being the happy, contented mum we know and love. The social activities are great. She loves going to the companion club and other excursions. The staff are so lovely with mum. From the management and admin team; the nursing team; the carers; the activity team; catering staff and cleaners. It's a very special place and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone who is looking for a care home that really cares. It's been a year for mum and she walks so much better and has really flourished in Benarty View.

Overall Experience

In difficult circumstances in December 2024, I had to find a care home for my father who had Alzheimer's and we could no longer manage at home. Whilst trying to get assistance from Social Services, I took the chance to phone Benarty View direct. We will be eternally grateful for the compassionate assessment

of our situation and they assistance we were given; Dad moved into Benarty View that evening. I can't speak highly enough of the care Dad received in his 6 months at Benarty View. From the Home Manager right through to the domestic staff, Dad, my mother and I have been shown nothing but kindness. The care staff were genuinely interested in Dad and so incredibly attentive. From day trips and activities at the start, through to finally managing end of life care, Dad was so well looked after in clean, well organised surroundings. No hesitation in recommending and I genuinely miss seeing the residents and staff following Dad's passing.

Overall Experience

While living alone in 2024 my sister collasped and was eventually rushed to hospital on an emergency basis, and was not expected to pull through. Fortunately she did but could not return home given her health complexities. She has now ben at Lunardi Court for over a year. She is a very private person

and has taken time to adjust to very changed circumstances but this she has done with the support of very caring staff. She prefers to remain in her room most of the time, reading and writing. Also she likes to eat alone in her room which is respectful. It has given me and my family great peace of mind having her at Lunardi.

Overall Experience

I decided to move my mother from another care home to Benarty View in April 2025, and I'm so glad I did.

The Care Home Manager, Administration Team, Cooking, Nursing, and Care Staff have been nothing short of outstanding! Their approach is consistent and empathic, resulting in a vast improvement

in my mother's health and sense of wellbeing. The team have helped mum get around her anxiety troubles and socialise well. They've also supported her with day trips and provided essential post-operative care following and emergency hip replacement.

My mother doesn't give out compliments easily however, she always tells me 'everyone' is being so kind and helpful which is reassuring. She always enjoys her meals and food choices too.

The care home rooms are traditional compared with new purpose built facilities, but the this is less important than the care provided. I would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Management, carers and all staff (kitchen, maintenance, laundry) are very approachable and accommodating. If they can't give an immediate answer to a question they always do get back to you, nothing is ever too much trouble. If you have a large family, like I do, we were made to feel that there would

be no restriction on visiting which has helped immensely. There are a wide range of activities and day trips out for residents with which they have a choice whether to participate or not, the decision is always theirs, maintaining their independence.

Overall Experience

My Mum moved into Benarty View two months ago after being diagnosed with rapid onset of Vascular Dementia. This was a very stressful time for me as sole relative. The Management team were so wonderful with me and understood how very difficult this was for me.
I cannot even begin to say how happy I

am with my choice of Benarty View. The home is scrupulously clean, the staff are absolutely lovely and very well adversed with Dementia. Maintenance and garden are immaculate.
Washing and ironing must be a nightmare with so many residents but all Mum's clothes are clean in place and she always has a matching outfit on which was important to Mum.
The food is amazing and all home cooked. It was my Mum's 90th birthday this week and a beautiful home made cake and candles appeared at afternoon coffee time.
The activities are vast and fun and really focused on Dementia.
Mum took a good few weeks to settle in but with the help and care of the staff she is settled and happy.

Visited my aunt yesterday at her care home.
Very impressed with the manager and all the staff we had contact with. Had proactive discussions r.e. the care of my aunt going forward.
My aunt is happy with her care and recently the staff (nursing) communicated efficiently with my brother regarding her

Overall Experience

From the first day of meeting the manager and staff to discuss the possibility of my mother-in-law becoming a resident at Lunardi Court Care Home to my mother-in-law now being a resident, the experience, the welcome, the understanding and genuine care have been exceptional. My wife and I are so happy

with everything. We visit daily and with every visit, we live happier than we arrived. Couldn't be more pleased, exceptional staff.

Overall Experience

Although Dad only had a week at Benarty View Care Home before he sadly passed, he was surrounded by genuine care, compassion and love during his days there. I witnessed at first hand the excellent care he received and know that his final days were calm, peaceful and comfort filled as a result. Nothing

was too much trouble for the team at Benarty either for Dad or us, his family. The entire team worked closely and seamlessly together to make Dad's experience outstanding. Sadly he wasn't there long enough to become fully part of the community that very clearly exists at Benarty. I cannot fault anything about our or Dad's experience and will be eternally grateful for their care of Dad as he passed. Thank you.

The staff and leadership are always friendly, welcoming and keen to assist wherever possible. The staff take the time to talk and understand/resolve any issues. Overall Experience

My father arrived in January 2024. He has had the best care possible. The staff are fantastic, caring, professional and very efficient.

Wonderful staff who have a perfect balance of professionalism balanced with sensitivity. Mum had dental issues which were handled very well putting her needs first, respecting her needs and privacy with referral to the dentist and a plan created seamlessly. First class all around.

Overall Experience

Both my mum and dad moved to Lunardi Court in December 22 and from the very beginning it was clear to us that the team provides excellent and compassionate care for residents. When my father passed away last year the support and consideration from the staff at the home was greatly appreciated. My mum

is still a resident and requires high levels of nursing care. She receives excellent care from the team and the communication non every aspect of her needs is excellent. We are in no doubt that the team there is fully committed to providing the best possible care to residents. It makes a huge difference to our family to know that Mum is in such good hands.

Overall Experience

My cousin unfortunately reached a stage where he could no longer properly look after himself in his own home. In November 2022 he moved into Lunardi Court Care Home. Since then his overall health, well-being and appearance have improved significantly. He is in much better shape now than when he moved

in. All the staff are friendly, cheerful, polite, very considerate and kind to him. His personal hygiene, meals and medical needs are well taken care of. The senior management team are very approachable and wants the very best for their residents. Along with their staff, they are clearly in control and all work very well together as a team. They provide the residents with a warm, caring and clean environment. As a family, we are very grateful knowing the home is looking after him. When we visit, we can see he is now looking much better. We have no hesitation in recommending Lunardi Court Care Home. If you are looking for a care home then it is well worth a visit and serious consideration.

I would highly recommend Lunardi Court care home to anyone who wishes to put a relative, friends etc in this excellent, caring care home.
The staff team are super friendly and helpful. Nothing or nobody is a chore to them. They are very obliging, so efficient and have excellent moving and handling

training and other skills you need to work in a care home. You cannot ask for a better place to live in including the tasty food and plenty of activities to chose from. Don't look at anywhere else. Go live at Lunardi Court.

My wife moved into Lomond Dementia Unit at Benarty View Kelty on the 17th of November 2023 and was a resident there until my wife very suddenly passed away on the 8th of January 2024. In the short time that my wife spent in Benarty Veiw, I have to say that my wife was treated with dignity, respect,

kindness, compassion, and a level of care and professionalism from all the staff which was truly exceptional and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for my wife during her stay at Benarty Veiw. All staff involved in my wife’s care are a true credit to Benarty View and indeed Four Seasons Care.

Overall Experience

My father was challenging because of his Alzheimer's combined with a strong personality, he found the transition of going into nursing care extremely difficult.

The staff made every effort to get to know dad and what his needs were. Despite his reluctance to join in activities, the staff were good

at encouraging him but it soon became evident that dad's safe place was his own room. The staff were happy to spend time with dad in his room and nothing was too much trouble.

When he became very ill and was coming to the end of his life the nursing care was exemplary and the kindness from all healthcare professionals towards him and the family was excellent. Their work ethic as carers and the empathy shown was nothing but the best. The managers take great pride in the home they run and the quality of care that everyone provides. There is a strong family feel to the whole environment.

Overall Experience

My husband has settled well and seems content in the two years in Lunardi Court Care Home. He is always treated with kindness which has been the most important aspect of his care. There have been a few changes in management and staffing levels which thankfully is settling down since our new manager

was appointed at the start of February 2023. Positive improvements to the environment and atmosphere are already apparent. Delighted we have two activities staff appointed and staff/carers meetings to be restarted.
