Overall experience fulfilled all my needs for a short stay. All the staff were attentive and knew what they were doing The food was varied and presented hot and edible. The management were professional and fully understood all my medical and personal requirements.

All the Staff that take care of my Father are very attentive to his needs and treat him with respect. From reception Staff at front office who always give a warm welcome to the Staff you meet on the corridors the home has a pleasant atmosphere.

The location is outstanding, surrounded by fields and mature trees, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. I am extremely grateful for the care and support my mother receives at St Thomas's Priory.

We at home can rest easily knowing my brother inlaw is well looked after.

There is a warm and welcoming atmosphere when you arrive. All staff are friendly and have a caring attitude towards the residents. Any concerns or problems are dealt with efficiently and quickly. It is obvious that the staff work together as a cohesive team with a great sense of humour. My husband is well looked after and I know that he is in safe hands.

My Mother went into the home last October, the Staff are all lovely and very caring. The home is lovely and bright, my Mothers room is lovely too and is cleaned daily. They have an Activity Assistant, Charlie who is great and involves all the residents, with daily activities, The food is very good, with a choice of menu to accommodate all tastes. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

My husband admitted from hospital I'd been offered 3 care homes and Lytham Grange after speaking to the manager and given a video tour of the home (covid restrictions) agreed to his occupancy. No regrets, staff/management excellent, any worries immediately dealt with. I am treated like one of the family, from the warm welcome on arrival to leaving from daily visits. I would definitely recommend Lytham Grange.

Our Mum has been a resident at Lytham Grange for eight months now and I can't imagine her living anywhere else now. All the staff are so helpful, coaxing Mum when she isn't 100 per cent & encouraging her to join in with the regular activities. Lytham Grange really has a caring team of staff who really care for the residents. Charlie the Activities Organiser is amazing, always coming up with new ideas to motivate the residents. Delicious & regular meals, I have never known my Mum eat so much! A warm welcome awaits anyone who visits here. Thank you for all you do for our Mum.

My mother is 101 in a few weeks time and has resided at Lytham Grange for a number of year now. This is home to mum and the friendly staff are now her extended family, she is treated with care and courtesy from all departments from the maintenance, cleaners, chef, staff and management. I would also like to extend my thanks to them all also, as I also have got to know them all by name over the years. Great team, keep up the good work, and thank you all at Lytham Grange.

A pleasure to go into the home ,

The food department, whilst all most friendly, went above and beyond and catered for all my needs in my room, altering meal times to suit my requirements, producing delicious sandwiches at lunch time and my cooked meal later in the evening. Whilst I didn’t join in any activities, the lady who did that assisted me latterly accompanying me walk around the building outside. All fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend

My mother has been a resident of Holmleigh for the last six years. Everything about the home, care and staff is amazing. All of the carers are so kind, patient and friendly. Even when a resident is being uncooperative there are no raised angry voices, just calm and gentle persuasion. Lots of events, activities and entertainment to keep residents amused. Food always top quality and beautifully prepared. We have had a few meals there with my mother and it's always good, wholesome fare. Holmleigh was recommended to us over a couple of other local homes by my mother's doctor who's practice covered Holmleigh. Since then his own mother has become a resident. Having visited a number of local care homes over the years it's my opinion that Holmeleigh is head and shoulders above the rest.

I would recommend this home to anyone wanting first class care in pleasant surroundings.

My wife has just spent a week, she was not happy when she came home, bed sores after 3 days! neither the bed or chair were working therefore in the same position all the time Food poor NO choices -- take it or leave it. The staff were emptying the catheter down the sink instead of the toilet next door! one night they doubled up on her meds (morphine). At the weekend one of the staff on his mobile answered the door in shorts and sliders and wandered off and my daughter had to stop him to ask where to go! Had to bring our own tv in, really, at those prices!

My uncle became a resident in ashwood court, he didn't settle at first due to his dementia, still has odd bad days but overall we have seen a huge improvement in him. We put this down to all the staff who do a sterling job. They are friendly, professional and very caring not just for the residents but for visiting families also.

I couldn't recommend Ashwood court high enough to do it justice. The staff are wonderful. They really care about the residents. There's always something going on to keep everyone entertained. It's a lovely warm, friendly and clean and safe environment.

I can not fault the care my mom got in home but the day she died there was horrific we got a phone call to say you need to get here so we did we travelled from lichfield as fast as we could on arrival we pressed the bell to get in but had to wait 20 minutes for some one to open door we went to my moms room and it was obviouse to me my mom had died she was not breathing the nurse involved was vile no empathy said she could not declare moms death for 30 minutes but after 10 minutes said my mom had passed she then said My mom had to be removed off the premises within the hour and was very rude asking what funeral director i was using at the time it was was a shock my mom had died but cannot get over the total lack of empathy or compassion that my mom had died I did speak to someone from home who said they would look into this but no one has been in touch.

Since my husband was admitted to chasewater mews we have been met with true professionalism the care they have shown and continue to show him is 100 per cent staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble. My husband had settled in well and I am confident he is being looked after the way residents should be. Well done to you all.
