Thank you so much for your lovely words. It really means a lot to the whole team to hear such positive feedback. We're so pleased you feel the home is caring and welcoming, and that you've enjoyed Lisa's home-cooked meals too! Carole and the domestic team work incredibly hard to keep the home clean and comfortable, so your comments will make them very happy.
It's also wonderful to hear that the care staff, manager, and our handyman have all made a positive impression. We truly do try our best to make everyone feel supported and cared for every day.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Great home, the manager and deputy manager are hard-working and very friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming with large and well-decorated rooms. Plenty of things for residents to do such as activities and enjoying the beautiful garden.

Lovely home always smells pleasant. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Nan looked healthy and had a big smile on her face, she told me she enjoys the other resident's company and staff make her laugh.
