Trips out to local cafes are again well managed and a source of stimulation and pleasure.

Whitebeach was not the first care home we experienced having tried others on a respite care basis which had proved unsatisfactory. We tried Whitebeach initially on a day care basis and quickly realised it has a different ethos to some others, which may be due to the ownership and management structure where employees have a direct vested interest rather than a faceless distant investment fund.

Good communication and information of any immediate concerns by phone and good follow up with medical professionals.

and me as this is such a daunting experience leaving a loved one in someone else's care. Without them both I wouldn't have survived these past few weeks. Thank you to each and every one of the staff at Coast Care, you've all made a very difficult time much easier and I'm so incredibly grateful.

The staff are wonderful and look after my Dad very well. Is has had a new lease of life since being at Whitecliff. The activities are regular, stimulating and fun. He loves the garden, the trips out - particularly when ice cream is involved!

The staff at The Whitebeach are friendly, helpful & very understanding. I'm kept up to date with what's happening for my wife. She's able to do what she wants & is often checked up by them.

It is difficult to put into words the gratitude I have for the wonderful team at Whitebriars. My friend, whom I have helped look after for the last ten years, moved in just a few months ago, and the kindness, patience, care, and respect she has received are truly second to none. A monumental effort has been made to make her feel as comfortable as possible, and the team have been as accommodating of her needs, routines and home comforts, including taking her out to see dear friends. Events she attended or for strolls along the seafront, which she absolutely loves. I cannot end without also mentioning the kindness and warmth I receive from the team each day I visit. They are truly good people, and I know that my friend could not be in better hands

I have been very impressed by the number and kindness of your staff and for the wonderful craft on offer and the amazing outings. However, I am worried that some of my friends clothing has gone missing in the laundry. Coast Care Centre is FAR TOO HOT and really think the heating could be turned down, but still keep the residents, who are imobile, warm enough! Think about it!

The staff at Whitebeach are amazing - they look after my Mum very well in sometimes difficult circumstances - the communication is very good and I am notified very quickly if any problems. They provide lots of activities and outings which really help the residents. I know my Mum is safe and well cared for at Whitebeach which is a comfort at a difficult time.

From the cheerful welcome as a visitor until departure, all is perfect. Staff at all levels are involved and know patients. Outings and indoor events keep a lively interest. The cheerful nature of the staff counters the problems with dementia patients. Individual rooms are comfortable with an 'ensuite' loo and washbasin. I cannot think of anything that could be better. My wife has flourished in the home and her family, and I are relieved and grateful.

My mother has been at Whitebeach since 2020 and I am grateful everyday to EVERY member of staff for the excellent care she receives. I know she is very happy there because she shows that she loves all members of staff. Every need is taken care of; care and thought put into her quality of life, we recently enjoyed and mini tea party in her room because she is not strong enough to get out of bed now, with a beautiful cake made by the chef and organised by Millie. I am always kept informed about her health and wellbeing and its lovely to know that I can visit anytime.

I cannot speak more highly of this carehome if I tried, they are fantastic. The staff and management are so welcoming, kind and approachable. My Mum has settled in well and made friends with some residents and also a great rapport with the staff and management. They do many activities and really get to know and involve the residents and the families in everything they do. Thank you so much to all of you.

My mum has been a resident at Whitebeach since July 2024. The improvement in her emotional and physical wellbeing since then has been remarkable. She is very well cared for, obviously loves the staff, who also love her, and everyone is always very welcoming when I visit.

Very friendly environment, a safe space for clients warm and welcoming to all visitors of clients. Has the best interest of the clients and always seeming they care and wanting whats best from front of house, care workers to managers. My brother has only been here for a couple of weeks and we are already so impressed.

From the very first time I visited my daughter I have been impressed by the love and care she is receiving at Whitecliff. All the staff are so lovely and kind, they are interested in her as a person; her interests, her family, and anything that might stimulate her. When she's restless they walk and talk with her, when she's upset they give her a hug. They take the trouble to make her nails and hair look pretty and they take her on outings. When I visit the staff interact with me, and I am always offered a drink. They speak to me about any concerns they may have regarding my daughter.

As mum has been on palliative care, Whitebeach have been incredibly supportive, not just to her but to us as a family, helping us navigate a very challenging time in her dementia journey. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care have made an enormous difference, and we are truly grateful for everything they have done.

The staff are all amazing, welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They go above and beyond to accommodate my son's needs, polite, professional. As a mother I totally feel at home my son is relaxed and happy as a family we only wish my son was able to live here sooner.

Our experience of Coast Care Centre is extremely positive. All the staff are friendly, helpful & able to answer any questions we have. We have observed staff give genuine care & support to residents, some of which can be challenging. Janice (activity staff) goes the extra mile to get residents involved & engaged. Carer Ash stands out as an asset to the team.

My brother-in-law has been at Whitebriars for several years now and is happy and settled. The staff are caring and supportive and this is very comforting for our family. Lots of fun activities and regular bus trips which he loves.

I have only visited my brother weekly for five weeks and have been impressed with the friendly staff. I myself had an injury and was treated and entered into the accident book. My brother initially improved but subsequently had a fall and he has now deteriorated. A good place to be looked after.

Today I arrived to find my mum engaged in a signing activity, she was laughing and smiling and participating; she remembered every word to the songs. She was having a great time socialising. The staff are kind and caring and pitch activities and conversations in a ways she can engage with. This respectful, patient and kind home does mum the world of good. She is cared for fully which is very comforting.The staff always have her best interests at heart. Thank you.
