Absolutely disgusting place, the lack of care and safeguarding here is really concerning and the management needs seriously looking into. The manager takes no responsibility for how badly treated the paying service users are and is happy to brush serious incidents under the carpet without informing
families. Avoid at all costs!

Do not put any of your family members into this (Don't) care home. Beside a few nice staff that's all that is good about this place. The smell of Urine as soon as you walk through the main door is vile. The food is terrible. The decor & furniture is in a deplorable state. I feel so very sorry for the
long stay residence.

Great staff. Willing to help. No matter how busy they were. Taking time to take patients to shops. Some go beyond their duties just to make a difference to the patients. Not just the carers even the office staff make you feel at ease. It's been 2 years this week since my mate passed. But me and the
family will never forget how good this place was. Just like to say thank you.
