Extremely good & happy experience - would certainly recommend.

In September I went to visit a very special friend on the Albert Suites. The overall experience I had was outstanding. The Staff are very kind and always smiling and the Activities lady "Billie" is Excellent and go's above and beyond to make the Resident always happy with the Classes She puts on for them. She treated the Residents with Great respect & Dignity. and if I needed care I would want to come to the Albert Suites.

I've been a regular visitor, since July 2024. In that time we noticed how important engagement with staff, visitors and residents can be. Routine has its place but other occassional events relieve the day-to-day monotony. Some staff have greater engagement skills than others. I'm of the opinion that this is mutually beneficial. Billijo has those skills.

I have stayed at the Albert Suites for a week following a big operation, and have had the most wonderful experience here. The staff are all so skilled, kind, caring & compassionate. They have made me smile, taken amazing care of me, treated me with such care & dignity when I have been vulnerable & needed help with so much. Could not recommend this incredible place and these incredible staff members highly enough! Also the food is outstanding, as are the rooms & facilities! Literally everything has been exceptional. Thank you so much to everyone at the Albert Suites.

I have found the staff in the village exceptional. The cuisine is always excellent and the menus are varied. The restaurant is a relaxing and inviting environment. There also an efficient and warm atmosphere. I have also had room service which is to high standard. My room is spacious, light, comfortable and very clean. My bathroom is well designed for disability. The carers are very responsive when called.

Both the nursing & care helper staff were excellent as was the food & those who delivered it! Warm hearted & friendly. My only criticism was that the ice machine was not always full.

I had a very positive experience at Albert Suites at Battersea Place. The staff were very friendly, caring and supportive, and I always felt well looked after. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious with great shared spaces of the dining area/residents lounge and a lovely outdoor terrace. The reception and administration team were extremely helpful before and during my stay and very welcoming. The food was excellent, with a good variety of meals and a high standard of quality. I felt very comfortable and well cared for during the ten days that I was a resident, and I would recommend the facility to others.

This has been an unexpected experience for me. I have been very impressed by the facilities and care. Fortunately I needed only minimum medical care but appreciated the attention afforded to me.

When I arrived, I was very tired and without my usual confidence after a rather serious operation. However, with your care and understanding, after ten days I feel a bit more like my old self. I did get an impression that there was not a lot of connection with the hospital I had come from and you. I felt I had to explain a lot myself. The nurses were empathetic and helpful. The cleaners, the food servers and the food were wonderful. Overall, it was a good experience

My mother has been in Albert Suites for many months. She is looked after with the utmost care and nothing is too much for the staff. Everyone is very friendly and as a visitor I am always greeted as part of the family! The food is excellent and I have never known my mother to enjoy her meals so much.

I recommend Albert Suites, set in a welcoming retirement community with attractive outdoor spaces for a wide variety of personal care needs.

My mother is receiving very good care at the Albert Suites, and she loves her room. The nurses, carers and management are all first-class. The physiotherapists do a wonderful job of keeping Mum moving and provide a great service. The food is lovely. Everyone has a smile and a kind word for her. I really enjoy visiting Mum in her comfortable room at the Albert Suites.

All staff (management, care staff, and food and beverage) were incredibly welcoming and helped me enormously as I recovered from broken wrists. They sped up my recovery, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Albert Suites.

The activities opportunities are varied and interesting as well,as do the small library of books to be borrowed to keep the mind active.

I have been staying in Albert Suites for over 3 years now. I came in because I had a fall, but because I love it so much and all the staff take great care of me, and I asked my family if I could stay. The care is excellent, and so are the activities. I do so many things like outings, cheese and meat afternoons, and movie nights. I also like arts and crafts. My overall experience is 5 stars. Thank you to everyone. I will never leave you.

I stayed at Albert Suites for a week post-operatively and I am extremely grateful for the care and attention I received whilst there. The nurses and care assistants were highly attentive, empathetic and professional at all times. The same can be stated for all the other staff members I encountered. I always felt safe and totally looked after throughout the duration of my stay. The facilities and services provided were of a very high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Albert Suites to anyone else requiring post-operative care.
