This is not the first time this has happened, so I thought it would be right to write to you.
There was nobody in the office or the manager desk, so I spoke to the staff who were in the kitchen area. I was told that they were short-staffed and also my dad didn't have a shave because he refuses to have one. I know that the staff are trained to coax patients with dementia to do things they don't want to do.
