I am going holiday soon and I am enjoying myself here and the care here is okay. The madam is the manager here so I am going to be okay. The care is to friends and family.

The food was marvellous on Christmas day and in plenty. Thank you to the manager for the lovely Christmas presents. We had a lot of Christmas activities to choose. We had a great Christmas.

Overall Experience

My sister has been at Melba Lodge for many years, and she has shown so much improvement. She laughs, communicates well, her hygiene is 100%. Melba Lodge feels like a home, and not a clinical place. She has built friendships with the other residents and never once came to me with complaints of being ill-treated and she is not one to hold back if there was cause for concern! I am 100% happy with the care received from Melba Lodge.

The staff and management have told me how important it is to learn about coronavirus and how to take care. The staff are very kind and the food is lovely. I enjoyed going to the shop last Tuesday for shopping.
