Mostly things are very good but I feel there could be some improvements to help with the Residents wellbeing. A suggestion would be that a carer should be in the lounge with the Residents at all times & have more connection with them to supply their needs e.g. toilet needs, a drink, make sure they are comfortable or just having a conversation with them. It as been noted that some carer's seem to have little connection or engage with them & just do the basics. Also maybe a choir could visit the home occasionally to help get the residents to sing along as this is good for their morale.

My mother is a difficult woman by nature. All the staff have done an excellent job looking after her and supporting her.
A big thank you to all of them at this difficult family time.

The food is fantastic and the place is spotless and everyone is friendly. My mother has been treated with respect, dignity with great care and attention. I have been given tea and made to feel comfortable as I live in Rochester Kent.

My Aunt has changed so much physically and mentally since she has been here. She has made really close relationships with the staff. From never leaving her flat to go outside to going to the park and fast food in a wheelchair with Sasha. Knowing how well she is being taken care of honestly puts out families mind at rest.

I'm so delighted to be able to give a review on the bluegrove care home. Honestly I was a carer for my dad and before he went into a care home I viewed quite a few in the south London area. Bluegrove care home is hands down the best I've ever come across the staff are amazing my mother who is a resident there is very difficult to deal with and they handle her so well I would call it magic. I have personally heard and seen incidents in the care hole which are very challenging to do with the staff there are so professional and so well trained dealing with situations in such a successful respectful careful manner. I'm pretty sure by now I've met everybody the managers are all super light so helpful so professional you have to wonder do they ever have a bad day. I would recommend this care home to anybody who wants their loved ones to be looked after in a very high respectful professional manner.

My grandmother has been a resident at Bluegrove since late 2024 and we are extremely happy with the care she is given. All the carers are very friendly and are always have a smile to greet you. They have various ongoing activities throughout the week and the christmas carol singers at the christmas party was a treat!

Communication is great and nothing is too much trouble.

I would highly recommend!
