One staff member in particular is a lovely person, very caring and considerate. I came up unannounced and saw this staff member sitting with my mum and spending quality time with her, which made me feel very comfortable in leaving that day as I'm very anxious and like the way they are with my mum.

Staff always on hand when you needed them, young or old all good when doing their jobs.

Rajiv was well-positioned to meet the challenging needs of people living with Dementia and built empathetic relationships with the patients.
