One staff member in particular is a lovely person, very caring and considerate. I came up unannounced and saw this staff member sitting with my mum and spending quality time with her, which made me feel very comfortable in leaving that day as I'm very anxious and like the way they are with my mum.

I really cannot fault this care home. All the workers are absolutely lovely and always take really good care of my mum. They are really caring, have a lot of patience and are always happy to help. I was a bit apprehensive about my wife going into a home for respite. However from the time we walked through the door, we were greeted with a smile at the front door. Although my wife has dementia, she fit in with the warm atmosphere. Rooms were great. My wife had no problems with the food or a welcome cup of tea. Staff always on hand when you needed them, young or old all good when doing their jobs.

Our great-aunt has been a resident at Westport Care Home for the last 12 years. We have always experienced excellent care and compassion from the staff. It is a beautiful and friendly place to visit. Our great-aunt would not have lived to the great old age of 98 without the care and support of Westport. We cannot thank you enough!
Thank you for your lovely review of Westport and this feedback will be shared to Westport Team.
My great-aunt was at Westport Care Home for 12 wonderful years. It was so comforting to know how well she was looked after. The proof of that was that she lived until she was 98. I don't think she would have lived that long if it wasn't at this home. The staff have always been so helpful, friendly and caring. Thanks to all of you and you did. You are amazing.
