I must say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the property was very clean, tidy and easy to get around. We had enough privacy to have some quality time with my nan but the security to know there was always someone around if we needed them....

During this home visit, it was clear Westport's manager had a deep understanding and empathy toward our mother's needs. This gave us great reassurance for a possible placement within Westport. This initial feeling turned out to be spot on, as we couldn't be more pleased with how the first week's stay, has gone. Any slight teething problems were sorted as soon as a word was had with the manager. Efficiency is the name of the day.

I joined Excel Care as a Unit Manager in 2015 and managed one whole floor which consisted of people living with Dementia. Rajiv was well-positioned to meet the challenging needs of people living with Dementia and built empathetic relationships with the patients. In 2019, Rajiv was promoted to Support Operation Manager for the same company which required a high level of delegation and people management.
