Overall Experience
This is a small care home that goes LARGE on the personal touch.
Each resident is treated as an individual, their individual needs assessed and addressed.
All residents join the Bourne Hill community (or as I prefer to look on it, Family (and the capital is deliberate))
My sister has multiple issues. I believe these issues that would not be addressed in such a positive way in a larger home, where she might slip into the background.

This is a Happy Home.
