I could not be happier with the wonderful care my beloved aunt is receiving at Brackenbridge House. She's so well looked after, the food is very high quality and her room and the home is spotless. The staff make it - they are warm, friendly and always smiling it's a perfect place for care.

The most amazing place! Gave my dad wonderful care that felt like home.
My mother came in for three weeks respite care. The care home has a pleasant laid-back feel. All staff were very pleasant and helpful and my mother felt she was well cared for, enjoyed the food and company of the other residents. We did not have to worry about her care in any way and highly recommend this home.
My brother-in-law has been at Brackenbridge House for two months. During this time he's been transformed from a sad, lonely individual to a new man. He certainly has a new lease of life we never expected to see. Although he has dementia, he has many lucid episodes and enjoys chatting to other residents and staff. He is very well looked after and cared for, more than we could imagine. He's 97 next month and looks ten years younger. Well done to all the happy staff for making he latter years so good.
We are very happy with the care my father is receiving at Brackenbridge House. He is not always easy to deal with but is always treated with dignity and respect by carers who have got to know him and our family well. He particularly enjoys the food, which is excellent. Feedback about how my father has been has also been very good. Everyone is friendly and easy to deal with, which we appreciate.
I am delighted with the standard of care here. The staff are efficient, friendly and kind. It gives me peace of mind to leave my very close friend here.
My mother has stayed at Brackenbridge House for the past two years. She was very comfortable and content. Only the last few months Mum went downhill with her health.
We needed a place in London for my grandmother during our stay. Loved the care and attention. Understood my grandmother's needs and wishes. Felt safe and secure. The service was fantastic.
One of the best care homes in the area, as the staff really do care about the resident! Always professional, always kind. The staff are the best in doing a difficult job. I'm also pleased to see Brackenbridge is maintained and kept incredibly high standards all the way through the pandemic.
Well looked after.
Very friendly staff. The premises are well looked after and kept very clean.
Responsive and attentive staff, clean premises and a lovely garden for residents to go out for a walk in. Brackenbridge House was an ideal care home for my mother to spend two weeks' respite in. I would not hesitate in recommending the home to other people. Special mention must go to the care home manager, who is extremely dedicated and kind in her job.
I found the staff kind, helpful and pleasant. Mum is receiving excellent care and the family are pleased that she is settled in and she is being well cared for.
Brackenbridge House is very convenient to access by car or public transport. The place is well managed, clean and efficiently run. The residents appear well cared for.
Mum is happy here. The staff are wonderful. Mum is well cared for. Very welcoming to visitors. A lovely clean home.
Dad has settled in well. He is very complimentary of the care he receives and says he feels safe and comfortable. I have great peace of mind and am confident he is being cared for. He loves the activities and the company of the other residents.
