Our mum recently moved into Burrows House, and we have been incredibly impressed with the care she has received.
From the beginning, the team have been welcoming, compassionate and genuinely caring. Supporting people living with dementia can be incredibly complex, but the staff show so much patience, kindness and understanding. Everything feels well organised, and there is a real sense that the residents are known and cared for as individuals.
Most importantly, Mum is settling in well and we have complete peace of mind knowing that she is safe and has the care and support she needs 24 hours a day. As a family, this has been invaluable and has allowed us to step away from being Mum's carers and return to simply being her sons again.
We are extremely grateful to everyone at Burrows House for the care, kindness and reassurance they have given both Mum and our family. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Burrows House are extremely friendly and care for my aunt with exceptional kindness, understanding and attention. They go above and beyond to support their residents and to engage them in uplifting and inspiring activities. The highlight of my visit today was a St Patrick's Day party, where all of the residents were involved and the staff expended endless amounts of energy to make the occasion a wonderful event for everyone present. But perhaps most importantly, in spite of all my aunt's frailties she feels safe, secure and happy there.

I am happy in the home, I get my hair done and plenty parties. The staff are very kind to us. My room is very and kept nice and clean. We have had a restidents meeting and I quite enjoy hearing about the home meeting other people and get to see the management

My mother is very frail in body and mind . She has very little capability for enjoyment and she needs care and kindness above all else. Every member of staff I have dealt with at Burrows House provides this care willingly and sincerely. I have great respect for them all.
