My grandad was put into Rosecroft care home and let me tell you it was anything from a care home, the manager was rude and disrespectful all they seemed to care about was maximising the money from you. My grandad had vascular Alzheimer's and he was very unwell and was a handful, but unfortunately with this disease that's just what happens, they are not the person you knew, however, that aside this home was supposed to meet his needs. Like I say the manger was always rude and did not like us visiting as we did every day within two weeks my grandad was just out of the blue not in the home when we went to visit. Without telling us they had taken him to the hospital, we had no explanation why this was, we do however believe this was because they could not handle somebody with a bad case of Alzheimer's, anyway the treatment as a whole from this home was absolutely disgusting and I highly recommend you don't put your loved ones in there, staff are looking for a easy time.

I would like to thank the management and all of the staff at Rosecroft for the excellent care that they took of my mother whilst she stayed there. The staff treat all of the residents and their visitors with kindness and respect, regardless of their individual problems. The premises were always clean and smelt fresh whenever I visited and the food and drink appeared to be plentiful and nourishing. I cannot thank the staff enough for the comfort that they gave to my mother and to all of our family, knowing that she was being so well cared for during the last months of her life.
