Overall Experience

I have known St Ives Lodge since July 2004, when my Uncle became a resident there. He was looked after with exceptional love and care for the next 11 years and was very happy there, up until he passed away in 2015. Years later, in 2020 I needed to call on St Ives Lodge again. This time to care for a beloved Aunt, who has now called St Ives Lodge her home since December 2020.

Over the years I have seen many care homes but none compare to the warmth, love, care and optimistic atmosphere that this home exudes. All the staff, without exception are kind, caring, approachable and responsive. There is such a lovely team spirit amongst all staff members. It really is a happy home.

Based on my many years of experience of St Ives Lodge, I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who is looking for somewhere to provide exceptional care to a loved one. in a friendly, warm and loving environment.
