Only been a short while since knowing about Kent house, but from the start, I got a good feeling. The service user was happy and engaging. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We found conditions at the home to be very good. My uncle was well looked after and was in good spirits when we came to visit.
Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback- Kind regards.
The management team are amazing. My uncle has shown great improvement since moving to this home from his last. The staff encourage and engage with him. He used to sit in his room and not take part in activities in his last home, at Kent House, he's always downstairs and actively taking part. I loved when he moved in that I had to fill in a form and numerous sheets about my uncle which included his favourite items, memories, past lifestyle and details such as what he likes to wear. This from the start made me feel like the home cared and that he would be treated as an individual.
