The management team are amazing. My uncle has shown great improvement since moving to this home from his last. The staff encourage and engage with him. He used to sit in his room and not take part in activities in his last home, at Kent House, he's always downstairs and actively taking part. I...

He used to sit in his room and not take part in activities in his last home, at Kent House, he's always downstairs and actively taking part. I loved when he moved in that I had to fill in a form and numerous sheets about my uncle which included his favourite items, memories, past lifestyle and details such as what he likes to wear. This from the start made me feel like the home cared and that he would be treated as an individual.

My aunt is well looked after and Kent House is welcoming and friendly. I am greeted and recognised. They always bring a cup of tea and I can spend time in the conservatory with my aunt to chat in private.

We had a lovely afternoon. The staff were very attentive and friendly. No smell of urine as I have had in other homes. Our friends are very happy here so that is a good sign.
