Kent House is a fantastic Residential Care Home specialising in Dementia care and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Harrow Weald off Long Elms Road.

There is always an event or an occasion to celebrate at Kent House, the staff make sure they hold many activities so that their residents are always on their toes with exciting things to do. Kent house always welcomes visiting families and friends to join in on the fun, no one is left to feel out of place or unwelcomed.

My father has been in Kent House for the past 2 months and I honestly say that he is looking 100% better. He loves the staff and they are taking good care of him. The staff at Kent House are always helpful, polite, caring, shows lots of respect for the residents and their family.
I highly recommend
Kent House excellent facilities, lots of activities, smiling staff. Keep up the good work.

The residents are all made to feel welcome and encouraged to participate. The bbq the home put on was lovely and I especially liked some of the residents being encouraged to sing.

Myself and my sister joined in the BBQ arranged for the residents and family. There was music, good food, fun games; guessing the number of sweets, weight of a cake etc. The residents seemed happy and enjoyed the food, company and music of their era. All the staff enable everyone to feel welcome. Great

I am pleased with the continuing level of care that my mother is receiving at Kent House especially with the variety of activities that are provided. I am glad to see that the garden area has been improved and that the residents are encouraged to go outside and take part in activities out there.

Mother is well looked after, she has been resident for about 4 years and has made friends with other residents and staff. Facilities and rooms are well designed and after current upgrading will be excellent. Care is improving with the current new manager and staff.

Before becoming a home manager, Ebbie's journey with Gold Care Homes began as a deputy home manager and a regional support manager. Ebbie's roles essentially entailed offering constant support and assistance to several homes within a specific region. Ebbie has obtained a qualification in Leadership and Management Level 5.
