The staff are attentive and caring, always ensuring dad is comfortable and well looked after. The home is clean and modern creating a pleasant environment with activities offered pleasant and engaging. As a family the home provides us with a safe and welcoming space to visit. Dad especially enjoys the food, we sometimes feel there could be more staff but this no way reflects on the excellent care provided which is outstanding.

Over all only satisfactory. Would like to hear more please and thank you to residents. I strongly disagree with changing residents into night clothes at 4pm in the afternoon and then returning them to the lounge especially when visitors are present. I have worked as a night sister in a nursing home so have very high standards and expectations.
