All the staff are really caring and helpful. Accommodation is always clean and tidy. Lovely place.

When visiting my good friend, the staff are very welcoming and treat everyone like family. The atmosphere is just wonderful and the cleanliness of the home is outstanding. Activities are brilliant as they always get family and friends involved. They have a good selection of meals to choose from too. My friend is always happy.

I highly recommend Sweetcroft.

My mum came to Sweetcroft in July and I must say I am really impressed with the care my mum is receiving. The staff and management are amazing. Mum seems very happy since she's been here.

My mum and dad moved into Sweetcroft in January, it was the only home Mum and Dad wanted to go in as their school friend was there. It is a very friendly care home, all the staff are excellent and Mum and Dad are looked after exceptionally well. Sadly Dad passed away in May, the food is excellent and Mum's care is excellent, couldn't fault Sweetcroft in any way. So pleased we put Mum and Dad in Sweetcroft, no regrets, entertainment is above and beyond.

Sweetcroft is truly like a family. The carers genuinely care for the residents, they are cheerful, caring and full of ideas to entertain the residents. Because the team take the time and trouble to get to know the residents they know when something isn't right and can deal with any problem swiftly and kindly. Thank you Sweetcroft.

Mum has been at Sweetcroft for over 3 years now. The staff are always cheerful and caring. Mum is well looked after here. She has plenty of activities to keep her busy or she can spend time quietly if she wishes. The food (breakfast, dinners etc) are always good and varied. I know Mum is always well cared for at Sweetcroft and is happy here, which is a great peace of mind for me and the family.

Sweetcroft Care Home welcomed my mum with love and kindness. She settled so well and I had great peace of mind knowing that my mum was safe. All staff members are friendly, kind and helpful, they looked after my mum with great care. They loved my mum and my mum loved them. What more could you want?

Sweetcroft is a beautiful care home. The staff here are always so very welcoming. My mum is happy and content here. She always looks well and has a lot to say on the things she does on a daily basis. In fact, all the residents do. The management here will always answer to any queries I have regarding my mum and will go out of their way to make sure she has anything she needs, whether it be health, medical and well-being. I myself enjoy being here when visiting. Such a beautiful, lovely care home.

All staff and management are wonderful. The residents appear safe, relaxed and happy. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly when I visit Mum. The care home has a homely feel and my mum is looked after very well. I would recommend it highly.

Mum has been at Sweetcroft for 3 years now. I have always found the management and staff to be friendly, caring and very helpful. The home is small and has a great family atmosphere. There are always activities going on for residents (and visitors!) to take part in. The standard of care Mum has received at Sweetcroft is second to none.

As of December this year, my mum has been a resident of Sweetcroft for just over a year. In this year we have seen a dramatic improvement in her mental and physical well-being. This is down to the excellent care and attention she receives from all the staff and the inclusive environment at Sweetcroft. We cannot praise this establishment enough.

The care given to my father is exemplary. The staff are very caring, and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The staff organise regular activities for the residents, and my father is very settled there.

My nan has been a resident at Sweetcroft for just over a year now. She has dementia and was unable to live on her own anymore. We were looking for a home that would give the care and love she deserves. We found it at Sweetcroft. The staff there are amazing, they really know the residents. The staff are so patient and kind and always so happy and positive. Whenever my family and I visit there is always an activity going on. A birthday celebration, Chinese New year or Remembrance Sunday are a few examples. As a family, we are grateful for the care my nan receives, I look forward to seeing her happy and well looked after and when I leave, she waves at the window, just like she did when she was at her own home.

My father has been really well cared for. He is 95 years old and needs 24/7 care. The staff are so kind and helpful. Activities occupy the day in a fun way. I would recommend Sweetcroft Care Home with no hesitation.

All the staff and management are wonderful! They are caring, compassionate, professional and genuinely nice people. I visit regularly and the staff are always welcoming. The residents appear relaxed and happy. Besides being treated with great care and dignity, they are encouraged to take part in the variety of activities on offer – there is also a lot of laughter! My mother is full of praise for the staff and says they can’t do enough for her. She is always complimentary about the food which is plentiful and tasty. Sweetcroft is always clean with fresh displays linked to celebrations and seasons. I think it is an exceptional care home and feel totally comfortable leaving my mother in their care.

Everyone is always welcoming and friendly when we visit. Mum is well cared for - she is enjoying the food and has a lovely, light-feel room. The care home is quite small, and consequently, there is clearly a real personal approach, which is really beneficial to the residents. Sweetcroft is clearly a well-managed care home.

This care home stood out when we were looking around for a suitable place due to the friendliness of all the staff and the overall feeling of it being cosy, relaxed and secure. The rooms are a good size that provides furniture for all the clothes and belongings with the option of either a bath or shower in the en-suite. Plus, a bedside alarm and pressure pad for nighttime in case of movement out of the bed. The activities coordinator is brilliant, and my mum is more stimulated than I have seen her for years since being a resident here.
