Sweetcroft Care Home is a boutique care home set in the heart of Hillingdon and Uxbridge and offers dementia care, residential care, respite and day care.

Leaving home can be a challenging time, so to ensure the smoothest transition, Sweetcroft Care Home boasts an authentic ‘home from home’ experience to help new residents settle. Offering care for only a maximum of 21, the select group of residents can comfortably interact and form new bonds.

The bedroom suites are designed to give residents luxury, privacy and independence. All rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with beautiful oak furniture and the majority of the bedrooms have an en-suite. All bedrooms and en-suites have a nurse call point system which offers residents rapid access to a carer 24 hours a day.

There are two separate lounges in which to socialise and enjoy the company of fellow residents. One of which is a quiet lounge, so there is plenty of opportunity for private moments by yourself or with your loved ones too.

At Sweetcroft, they recognise the importance of activities and invest a lot of time in making sure you're loved ones enjoy every day. With dedicated activities co-ordinators, there is a full programme of events on a daily basis, many of which actively encourage participation from family, friends and the local community.

In beautiful surroundings, with a team of carers who are passionate about what they do each day and by aiming for excellence in every area, the care home makes the experience of living in a care home a fantastic life experience, as well as the best place to receive exceptional care.

  • SweetCroft Residential Care Home welcomes visitors throughout the day but would recommend allowing the residents to enjoy their meal times. Please note that lunch time is from 12:30 – 1:30 pm and supper time is from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. You can meet them in the lounge, in the conservatory, in the garden or in their bedrooms. And of course you are very welcome to go out with them whenever you like.

I came to Sweetcroft after a spell in hospital. The caring and kind staff helped me regain my strength - to rest when I wanted to, encouragement to walk - albeit slowly. I feel I am amongst kind and friendly staff. I am very content. I have no complaints.

My mum has been at Sweetcroft for two months. She arrived following a lengthy and traumatic stay in hospital. She arrived bedbound and very weak and unwell. Two months on, she is now thriving, putting on weight and walking again. She is always extremely complimentary and happy with the care she receives.
We visit her regularly and are made to feel most welcome by the staff. From our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Sweetcrofy.

Excellent care home with incredible facilities. We couldn’t be happier with the care our grandmother is getting. She’s come out of her shell, eating more and generally thriving. The activities are out of this world. Food is wonderful, with a great variety. All staff are warm and kind and take a great
deal of care with the residents, which is wonderful to see.

I moved to this home in January this year (2021) following a fall at home. I was unable to walk when I came here, but the staff were excellent and helped me with exercises every day, and now I am walking unassisted. I love all the staff; they are all so kind and patient. My room is large and very nice
and expensively decorated. The food is very nice and tasty. I am very happy here and feel secure.

My dad is very, very happy. He settled far better than we expected. We looked at many, many homes before selecting this one, and this is far superior to any others. Activities are wonderful and still much cheaper than alternative care homes we looked at that offer far less. He has a better quality of
life now than he ever had.

I am very happy here. I have been a resident for almost six months, and I have a great quality of life. The staff are all very kind, caring, and they always take the time to talk to me. I really enjoy all the activities and the parties. The food is very good, and I always have lots of options. My bedroom
is beautiful, much nicer than my house/bedroom at home. I have many friends here, and I only wish I came sooner.

I am very pleased that he is in your care. He is obviously very happy and settled in the home. I feel he is very well looked after and always looks very clean and tidy. The way he is joining in all the activities you arrange is an excellent high, and I think it is a good incentive considering his condition.

Mummy has been with Sweetcroft for the last 2 years. Since the new owners and manager arrived I have seen amazing improvements. I can leave Sweetcroft and know Mummy is in excellent hands. Before the new owners arrived I was coming 3 to 4 times a week as the care was very sloppy by some staff. Now lockdown
is here I am able to relax and know Mummy is really being cared for.

I cannot thank the owners, manager and staff enough. They have made the transition for my grandfather so smooth in such difficult times. They have been so professional, compassionate and welcoming. He has settled in so well and is the happiest he has been in a long time. He really enjoys the impressive

All staff are very thoughtful and kind. They have made a special effort to make Dad feel welcome and at home. I was very touched that they were prepared to let Dad have a garden-facing room if he wanted. It is reassuring to know he is in such good and safe hands.

The level of care has been excellent to the degree that Granny and Grandpa now consider this home. Commitment and approach of staff is been beyond reproach, and it is a comfort to know that they are both together and in such good hands.

I am so happy here. The carers, management and owners are very kind, caring, lovely and patient. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We so so many activities every day, there's always lots to do. My bedroom is beautiful. The food is very tasty.

My grandad was admitted to Sweetcroft in March and what wonderful changes we have witnessed in him throughout that time. The team really do provide exceptional care and he has settled in better than we could ever have expected. We know that Sweetcroft is not the norm in the care industry as we had relatives
in other care homes who received substandard care by comparison. Sweetcroft makes what they do look easy. It's only said that all care and nursing home are not run to this superb standard, by staff and management who have expertise, compassion, kindness and understanding. The whole family couldn't be happier that grandad is in such a safe and happy environment as well as knowing he is being stimulated with meaningful activities and emotional support.

Harry has been in the care industry for nearly 26 years and brings with him a wide range of experience. He has worked in many varied roles at a senior level for both the NHS and private care sector. Needless to say that Harry is very highly qualified for the position as registered care home manager and looks forward to working with residents, staff and community colleagues alike.


Harry firmly believe that happy residents leads to a happy workforce and he is passionate in ensuring the highest possible standard of care is delivered. This is evident in our recruitment and retention of staff as Sweetcroft is well known for its long staff service.


Harry is determined to strive for excellence and wants the home to become a model for high standards of care not only in Middlesex, but across London. Harry is also passionate about staff training, innovation in care and person centred care for all of the residents.
