The staff provided amazing care for our Nan for over 11 years. The staff have been great support and compassion. They are always so very helpful and welcoming to us all during our visits and can never do enough to make us feel at home. The home is set in amazing grounds and made even better by the friendly and loving staff.
I have been here for 4 months and I cannot fault the care I am receiving. I am very content living in these beautiful surroundings. I enjoy walking in the landscaped grounds. The views of the Chiltern Hills inspire me every day. I feel greatly blessed to have found such a peaceful haven.
All very clean (some bird poo on windows). Food is five stars. A wonderful old house more than a little like Downton Abbey.
A wonderful, clean and welcoming care home. Residents are well looked after and respected by all staff. Staff are very friendly to families and have resident's well-being first and foremost. Meals are lovely and tables are set with fresh linen daily. There are fun activities for residents to join in and occasional trips out. Could not ask for a better home to place my father in to, he is treated with the care and dignity he deserves.
Christmas was wonderful. It's the best Christmas I've had for many years and that's true.
I've been living here since May. We had a great time preparing for Christmas, making hats, jewellery, cakes, gingerbread houses and lots more. I'll never forget the fun we had.
Everything is excellent, from the minute I walked in the door I have felt at home.
I have been at Bartletts 3 to 4 days. There appears to be few other residents (judging from those present for meals) but I have found it very clean, respectful and can find no faults if I tried to. The food served has been good and the dining room a pleasant place. I would recommend it to any person seeking an opinion of it.
It is extremely well managed with staff at all levels and in all roles always showing professionalism and this results in the excellent care that is delivered. Residents are made to feel part of the Bartlett's family and family and friends are made to feel most welcome when visiting. Staff are approachable and friendly. It is the staff who make Bartlett's and I thank each and everyone for their work.
My mother came to this home for palliative care five years ago. We were told she would only live for a few weeks! However, because of the amazing care she has had at Bartlett's, she is still here and doing really well and thriving! She is very happy and the carers and all the staff show a lot of compassion towards her and we cannot thank them enough.
Each department was faultless and deserves great credit to all the staff, 100% of them. Also, a well managed home with delightful gardens and activities for all.
I would certainly want to come here myself.
I have been living here for 8 months. Everything is taken care of. Activities are excellent.
I find the premises very warm, clean and welcoming particularly from the staff. The facilities are excellent ie food, accommodation and activities.
At a difficult time in the whole families life, the staff have been supportive. When visiting we are greeted in a friendly yet professional way. Problems are dealt with immediately.
I have lived here for one and a half years. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Staff are extremely helpful, they are always willing to help with a smile and the food is very good.
Such friendly and helpful staff. My grandparents are so well cared for despite all of their additional needs.
Good activities. Only have to ask and staff will do anything to help.
The staff are numerous and always available to talk or help.
The home itself is lovely and has a luxurious feel.
My grandad has settled into the Bartlett's very well and I put this down to the support and care shown by all the staff.
Thank you Bartlett's.
Bartletts have been in my eyes a wonderful, welcoming experience. My mother was in need to care at a time when our family was already experiencing a major health problem with my father. As soon as I contacted Bartletts the staff made me feel that my mother was going to receive the care I wanted her to have. She was given a great welcome. The accommodation was very homely. The staff very kind and when problems arose they were sorted out straight away. Bartletts is now Mum's home where we are very welcome to visit as if it were her own home.
The rooms, the property, the grounds, the food, the staff were of a very high standard.
The staff were always welcoming, friendly, caring, kind, highly competent, very helpful - we would want to thank all of them and praise them highly.
We look forward to our return for respite in the Autumn.
Following an accident at home, my father required respite care as a matter of urgency.
Not only did Bartlett's react very quickly, responding to calls on a bank holiday, but I could not be more impressed with the quality of their care, and the wonderful environment, including the house and grounds.
I would also make particular mention of the friendliness of the staff, who go out of their way to help.
