Extremely patient with Dementia residents.
If anything my mother has improved since being at Bartletts, probably because she doesn't have to remember to take her medication regularly because she is given it at the correct times of day.
I am very happy with her being here, although a little expensive.
My mother has been a resident for over 5 years. At first she had mild dementia but this has deteriorated and is now quite severe. She is happy there and is always treated with the utmost kindness. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Many do their very best to entertain her and she easily laughs at their antics.
My mother has been in Bartlett's Residential Home for over four years now. She has been looked after very well. If there are any medical concerns these are attended to quickly. We visit weekly, and are always made very welcome by the staff. There are always carers around if you need to speak to someone. Last month she celebrated her 100th birthday there, and the staff brought her a cake. We all celebrated together in her room. I would not hesitate in recommending Bartlett's Residential Home.
I was extremely grateful to the staff at Bartletts. My mum had to move in a hurry and they made it all so easy. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Bartletts Residential Home to anyone.
Excellent service and care.
The staff at the home have shown a good level of care and patience for my mother. Who is not always a cooperative resident. The management have organised two recent hospital visits, including quickly organising replacement transport when the organised transport that arrived was unsuitable. The home is kept clean and the food is certainly acceptable if not superb. Activities could be better organised throughout the home.
