What a lovely Photography Exhibition evening. A lot of trouble was gone too. Canapes delicious, drinks flowing and fun had by all. The staff made sure everyone was looked after as well as their residents. Love coming here.

I have found the home very friendly. The staff have all been brilliant and my father-in-law seems to have settled in nicely. My family liked the feel of the home on their first visit and they made a good decision. Thanks to all the staff.

I just wanted to express our thanks to all the staff and management team at Icknield Court for the care and support you have provided to my mother since she first came to the home in August 2021. She had stayed at the home for respite some 2-3 years earlier and the experience was not great. The changes implemented over the last year or so have transformed the home. In just a matter of months, we have seen a huge change in mums health and wellbeing. She engages with all the activities and is just happy and content. She has made lots of new friends and that staff have simply been amazing. I cannot thank you enough for all your care and support.

Fun Halloween Party. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Food is great, entertainment great too. Everything is clean and tidy.

Entertainment was great and lovely sweet treats for all to enjoy.

I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness. professionalism and care they have shown my mum over the previous and difficult year. As a family, you've shown us a lot of support for instance giving us up to date information with phone calls, emails, letters etc and most importantly any change in mum's health or care. We have also been very lucky to have been able to visit mum when safe to do so.

The whole process from the beginning has been an experience I wished we had gone through with other care providers. On each of my visits, I have found the staff to be so helpful and genuinely kind. They created a happy atmosphere for everyone here.

My mum is currently on 7 weeks respite with the hope of a permanent placement. The facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely friendly, caring, helpful and enthusiastic with all they have to deal with. The food is excellent and mum has been very happy here. I joined her in a karaoke morning with other residents which she really enjoyed and also the afternoon tea party. The management is very kind and helpful and I would say this is a 5-star establishment.

Since my mum has been here she's got a new lease of life. The manager and his team are fantastic and so caring. They always make sure the residents and family are happy. The family now know that mum is happy and safe in their care. A big thank you to the management and his team.

My husband was admitted to Icknield COurt as an emergency admission eleven days later I visited home. I was truly impressed. The home is clean, tidy and well run. The staff are exceptional in the way they care. The activities programme is well thought out. The food is excellent, the portions are more than adequate. I would not hesitate to ask Icknield Court to take my husband for respite care or even long term should the need arise.

I was invited to see my friend and residents at Icknield Court. There was a party the food was delicious and fantastic music.

My mother came into Icknield Court at the end of March 2021. As a family, we were concerned that she would settle in. She is so happy and contented. The staff are amazing, all of them, so kind and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely care home. A home from home. Thank you to the manager and his lovely staff.

Always very attentive and caring. Attended a really fabulous garden party BBQ with the staff, residents and relatives, dancing and entertainment. A great afternoon. The food was outstanding and the portion sizes enormous.

Attended a summer party on 21st August 2021. This was so well organised! The greeting was kind and efficient at the door. The food was great, entertainment and the whole atmosphere. I was so happy to be invited.

Always a pleasure to visit Icknield Court staff is very pleasant and helpful. I've been to several entertainment events here and always had a fantastic time and you can see the residents enjoying themselves. Bbq day today was very enjoyable with a fantastic food spread. Thank you all very much keep up the great things you all do.

During my stay here I have been treated with kindness by everyone. It has been a great pleasure and experience. All the staff have been so kind and helpful at all times. The food has been outstanding at all times. The activities, I have been happy to join in with the activities and it has made a big difference in my life, have enjoyed all the activities.

My mother has been with you for 2/3 weeks at present, on my visits and phone calls I have found everyone to be very pleasant, helpful and a good willingness to help. It is a difficult time for all at present but this certainly does not seem to have affected the staff and colleagues willingness to do an excellent job. I have not seen the rooms etc but I am sure they are very adequate. I have not seen activities etc but the staff are excellent.
