Fantastic service. The staff are so caring and go above and beyond to make sure the stay went well. Did not have to worry if anything needed sorting with health and care, as this was always carefully monitored 24/7. Cannot thank them enough for the care provided, it put our minds are rest that Dad was getting the proper care needed. Dad was happy during his stay.

My friend was welcomed into Burlington Hall under stressful circumstances in early June 2023 and has received exemplary care and consideration since arriving. All of the staff follow their manager's lead in their welcoming, patient and efficient care and support to residents. They are considerate and pay attention to individual residents' needs and requests and offer smiles and refreshments to visitors and residents alike. Kindness, respect and nurturing care are shown each day, despite the variety of challenges that are dealt with both day and night. Thank you to you all.

The care that Mum has received since arriving at Burlington Hall has been exemplary and I cannot stress enough how happy both Mum and I have been with her care. The whole team make her as comfortable as possible as they can and help her in every way.

My husband, who suffers from dementia, has been a resident of Burlington Hall for 18 months. His carers are so loving and gentle as well as being efficient and organised. The manager and her team make sure everything runs smoothly and make every effort to make Burlington feel like home for both residents and visitors. It is always clean; food excellent. I have no complaints.

We feel so lucky to have found Burlington Hall to care for our 95-year-old mum. Using Burlington Hall for respite care, we were very happy for her to become a permanent resident five months ago. Burlington Hall has matched and exceeded our expectations. All staff are very caring, friendly, and dedicated and provide a very warm, homely environment. The varied activity schedule perfectly suits Mum's needs with physical exercise, bingo and creative crafting along with much-enjoyed music and dance (staff quickly recognised Mum's love of dance). Staff make our visits to see Mum a real pleasure with so many friendly faces welcoming us. Our particular favourite places in the home are the bridge and for larger family visits the cosy family lounges. The manager and her team have been exemplary with great open communication channels in place, resolving issues efficiently. Burlington Hall staff were very efficient at taking over all of Mum's needs including GP, dentist, chiropody, hair and nails. We have no hesitation in recommending Burlington Hall.

My father is so well looked after and all the staff are absolutely amazing. The management obviously care more about their residents than a lot of other care homes. We honestly cannot fault the care my father receives. One of the residents recently died and the staff were all very sad, which shows how invested they are in the people they care for. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for a care home for relatives or themselves. We also, as visitors, feel like part of the family.

Burlington Hall is a welcoming, warm environment. All the staff are helpful and considerate and are always willing to help. The carers seem to be genuinely fond of their residents, responding readily to their needs.

Burlington Hall provides excellent care for my father. The staff are caring and considerate and treat him with respect at all times. They support our wish to be involved with his care when we can (for example, helping him if we visit over a mealtime) but we are also secure that when we are not there, the quality of care remains the same.

The reality has been even better than we had hoped - I’m reassured by my father’s endless praise of the staff who care for him and, that following bereavement, he has finally begun to find peace and engaged positively with his new community.

My mother has been a resident of Burlington Hall for just over a year now and to be honest with you, I can’t fault the place in any way, she’s really happy. I feel very welcome there, the manager and her team do an amazing job and the place has a very friendly and upbeat feel to it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My mother has been looked after very well and treated with patience and kindness and is very happy living in Burlington Hall. The staff are always on hand to discuss any matters that arise. With regards to value for money, I am not in a position to compare with any other care homes.

I have found the atmosphere very positive at Burlington Hall where my elderly aunt has been a resident since December 2019. Although she is suffering from dementia and can be difficult at times, the staff are extremely kind and manage her daily living in a respectful way to make her as happy as possible. They are always welcoming when I visit and keep me informed when necessary about changes in her health and wellbeing.

My husband has been resident in Burlington Hall for the past two years. He has vascular dementia and is not always the easiest of men to care for. I am so impressed with the patient way in which he is dealt with by the staff who care for him, especially when he isn't very cooperative. The staff are always very welcoming and make sure that we are given any information about his behaviour since the previous visit. In the early days, he would spend time in the lounge with other residents and staff; a very pleasant experience, as one could watch the interaction between residents and staff and sometimes share in the fun. However, he is now very much a recluse, spending most of his time in his room, including meal times. The staff treat him and I with dignity, remember my preferences in hot drinks and go out of their way to make sure I still feel part of his life.

Mum has recently been moved to a nursing home, as her care needs have become too complex for Burlington. However, in the (almost year) that mum has been a resident of Burlington, I have nothing but praise for the staff and the care provided for mum. The Dementia ward which my mum was on was very pleasant, I particularly liked spending time with mum on the bridge section, which was very light, and had a relaxed feel to it. We found the staff very welcoming on our many visits, they would always ask if we wanted a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits. The care home provides a tranquil setting for its residents, Woburn Sands is a very nice area, and the Dementia ward being set back from the main road means it is void of traffic noise, and you can hear the birds chirping if the window is open. I would like to take this opportunity to again thank all of the staff at Burlington for their professionalism and dedication and would recommend this home for anyone looking for Dementia care for their loved ones.

What can I say about this amazing care home. My brother entered Burlington Hall on the 3rd June, due to being unable to live on his own any longer. He was 89 years old. The owner, manager, and all the staff made both him and myself feel so very welcome and he settled in very quickly. He kept saying nothing was too much for them and always saying how good the food was and praising everyone. Unfortunately, he began to deteriorate quite quickly. This was when I saw the other side of the care and everyone went over and above the care he should have received. He was taken into hospital and died there on July 28th. I cannot praise everyone at Burlington Hall enough for making my brother's last days so very happy. I will never forget your kindness and intend to keep in touch. God bless you all.

My wonderful partner was in Burlington Hall sadly only for three weeks before he passed away in January 2022. In that three weeks, they showed him and myself so much kindness, support and love, which we can never thank everybody so much for. They were all simply the best, well done, a great team. Take care, all the best, everybody.

However, on balance, my mother's day-to-day care is what matters most and this is carried out very well. I can’t fault the staff and all they do to make my mother very comfortable and looked after - thank you.
