I cannot begin to express my thanks for the staff at Burlington Hall, and the place itself. Everyone you talk to is polite and caring, whether it be the staff or the other residents. The atmosphere there was lovely and am so grateful for all that they did.

My Dad received fantastic care in Burlington Hall. The leadership is expert, compassionate and caring and this filters down throughout the team. All staff were absolutely amazing and in the short time my Dad was there, we grew close to them all. The respect they showed my parents, kindness and compassion,
attention to detail and nursing standard care was outstanding. We will always remember them.

Both my In-Laws were in Burlington Hall until my mother-in-law recently passed away. They take such great care of everyone in there making sure they are well cared for medically and emotionally and keep us well informed. They make us feel at home when we visited and now take great care of my father-in-law
and understand his loss. Everyone is treated with the greatest of respect and keep them well entertained. The manager and all the staff are wonderful and so friendly you never feel like a burden. We are so glad we chose this care home and would recommend it to anyone.

The care team are very good, caring and always ready to help. My mother is happy and well entertained through a variety of activities. I can rest assured that she is secure and safe in this environment. All her needs are met physically, medically and mentally. The care team go that extra mile to keep
the residents happy and healthy. It is a happy and healthy care home. They have done a great job during this covid19 situation.

Burlington Hall is always very clean, warm and inviting. The staff are always very helpful, warm and welcoming. The care home is very well managed with patient care in mind. Excellent staff who are caring and quick to sort out any issues. Link with the local Doctor's Surgery is excellent and any health
issues are rapidly dealt with. Individual rooms are kept very clean, are well furnished and maintained. Food and drink are excellent and mealtimes are always looked forward to by my father-in-law.

My wife has dementia but has settled in quickly and seems very happy and well cared for and feels secure. Staff are well organised and trained and have a good attitude to residents who they treat well and cheerfully. Very impressed with the way the home has handled the
coronavirus.

My mother has been in this care home now for over 5 years and in her 98th year. We have seen changes in management over the years and the present manager is showing good leadership bringing the best out of the caring team. A wonderful, caring and unpretentious home-from-home. My mother was a resident for almost 5-years and was always treated with great respect, dignity and love. Being an independent lady she often preferred to spend much of her time in her room, enjoying TV and visits from family and friends, though other
activities were always offered. She was never far from social interaction with staff popping in with drinks, snacks and for a chat - She never felt lonely or neglected. Medical care when needed was always swiftly and efficiently arranged. In the last 6 months of her life, she was bed-ridden but her personal care was always carried out with great respect and dignity. In her final few weeks, staff were supporting her and the family with unfailing love and devotion. Wonderful, wonderful home.

After visiting many care homes in our area we chose Burlington Hall for our relative. It is attractive both inside and out and the staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are of a reasonable size and are all ensuite and we were able to furnish it with her personal belongings. The food is excellent and
to a high standard with a good choice and all meals are made on the premises by the resident chef from fresh produce. We were informed that none of it is frozen! There are a variety of activities both morning and afternoon which the residents are encouraged to join and also special events which they hold outside with entertainers and barbecues. Unfortunately, our relative was only there for two years but we could not have chosen a better place for her to be cared for and we are very grateful for the care and kindness shown to her by the staff and management.

For nearly eight years Burlington Hall has provided exemplary service in the care of my Alzheimer's afflicted mother. Changes in management have not impaired the level of service, nor the culture which can be summarised as "working as a team, stronger together"! In the midst of this pandemic, my mother
has not only stayed healthy but also put on weight - a testament to the care and consideration delivered.

Dad was in Burlington Hall 2015-2020 with dementia and mobility issues. A little more affordable than other homes in the area but he received very good care with good food. Despite not being a nursing home, they nursed Dad at the end of life and fed him. The front of the home always lovely with many
flowers. Purpose-built with sensible shaped airy rooms. Never charged for extras except for reasonably priced hair cuts and chiropody. There was a TV provided in his room, they even had it repainted. Eye tests and flu jabs arranged as appropriate. Good relations with local GP's. Fee reviewed annually (never more) and rises were not excessive.

My mother received wonderful care throughout the six years she was in Burlington Hall. From the day she arrived, it was absolutely the right place for her to be. She remained content in one of the pleasant, purpose-built rooms and my brother and I never had any significant concerns about her welfare.
The current manager cares deeply and seems to be well-liked and respected by the staff, who are generally excellent. In short, I can recommend Burlington Hall wholeheartedly and without reservation.
