Belmont Lodge Care Centre

The care and attention to my aunt has been given without exception. The staff are amazing, fantastic idea to have activities to keep the mind and body going. My aunt has been so happy here and come on leaps and bounds since arriving, so much so we can now take her home. This is by far one of the best care homes I have had the pleasure of visiting. Thank you, every one of you.

I have been made very welcome to Belmont Lodge Care Centre, all the staff go above and beyond to help with anything you need. There is a very good variety of activities every day to cater for everyone with all different needs. I enjoy what is on the menu, the food is very good.

All the staff are very happy and friendly. They look after the residents brilliantly. Also they let the visitors get involved with the residents. I think the staff are super to everyone.

The activities coordinator is an inspiration to all, her happy and friendly personality shines through every time I visit. My friend feels comfortable with the activities coordinator and enjoys the fun activities she creates! All staff members have been kind and considerate.

Every time I visit my friend, there is a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of varied activities. The food always smells delicious and looks appetising. Thank you for all your hard work.

I have settled well in Belmont Lodge. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and kind. I enjoy the activities very much and meeting new friends.

The staff created an amazing Christmas market for us, I even won a prize (a cream to use on my face in the raffle). I also got two prizes, they were hedgehogs which I gave on to the organiser's son and one to the nurse who gives my tablets. It was a lovely time and can I thank all who organised it. Thank you.

I'm so happy here. The staff are so kind and very thoughtful. My room is beautiful and it is very clean. I like the variety of food that is offered to me and is all very delicious. I thank everyone for their kindness.

Belmont Lodge was the first care home I wanted to visit, as it is close to me and I was so impressed by the tour we were given, while my mum was in hospital, my wife and I were happy to transfer her here after she was discharged. Putting a parent into a care home was a very difficult, but vital, thing to do. However, the care required for my mum had risen to a level my wife and I could no longer cope with. Since that time, all levels of staff at Belmont Lodge have been nothing but helpful, professional and approachable at all times, so my mum's care is assured.

The staff at Belmont are so lovely and friendly. They put our minds at ease and reassure us that our relative is being well looked after and cared for. We love seeing all the social media posts of what they have all been up to and we always come to the events they put on as they make such a good effort to involve everyone!

This is my 3rd visit to Belmont Lodge, I really enjoy my stay here. They are very kind and friendly and there is plenty to do. I really enjoyed going to the seaside on a day trip which was excellent. Thank you everyone you are all very kind.

When I first visited my cousin, I found all the staff very friendly and welcoming. He seems to have settled in very well and always looks very well looked after. The Jubilee celebration was amazing. You are all a great team. Thank you all very much.
