Overall Experience

From the moment you walk into Mum's care home, you are greeted with a true sense of home. The manager has chosen her staff incredibly well, and every member, carers, management, admin, cleaners, maintenance, activities, and kitchen staff are exceptional. They are compassionate, welcoming, and treat Mum with dignity, empathy, and genuine care. The home is always clean and well maintained, creating a safe, comforting, and homely environment. Having worked in care myself, I know what excellent care looks like. This team provide that high standard every day, making every resident and family member feel part of their family. The food is plentiful, and the atmosphere is calm, friendly, and full of warmth and kindness. Mum is not only cared for, but also deeply cherished. When her time comes, I know she will be comforted with the same compassion, and I have every faith that I will be supported too. I cannot express enough how grateful I am. They are definitely a credit to the care profession.

I cannot express how caring, considerate and exceptional all of the staff are at the home.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The palliative care was so professional and compassionate to the very end. They are a credit to the care profession.
