My dad has dementia and as a family, we struggled with the concept of a home for him. He loves everything about Lime Court and is socialising in a way he never has before. His whole demeanor is amazing and he loves all of the care staff. I have no doubt my dad is well cared for.

Thank you all for giving mum the best end of life care possible.

My mum stayed here for a few months during the summer due to a flood making her living conditions at home temporarily unsuitable. I can’t fault the care she received during her time at Lime Court. All of the staff made a real fuss of her and every time we called up the office staff were so personable and helpful. Unfortunately government guidelines in place at the time meant mum had to isolate for 2 weeks with no visitors to begin with. During this time the staff went above and beyond to ensure we could still have as much contact as possible. FaceTime calls were set up daily and we were welcomed to call just to check in as often as we liked, nothing was too much trouble. I really do feel that every member of staff genuinely cares about each resident as an individual.

My nan has been in Lime Court for a couple of years now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are all amazing and she looks like she has the best time there! I love seeing pictures on Facebook of the activities they're doing and I definitely know she is well looked after!

My nan has been well cared for. She has definitely been enjoying all the food and treats on offer. Staff acted quickly when she wasn't well. They have made visiting easy even through a very tricky time.

My mother was referred to Lime Court from hospital and has settled in very well. She has no complaints about the comfort of her room or the staff. She highly praises the quality of the food.

Lime court staff were incredibly caring and supportive of both ourselves and more importantly our relative. We live some distance away and all the staff were brilliant with our telephone calls and keeping us updated. Lime Court has a very warm, friendly atmosphere. Even with COVID restrictions, we were made welcome. Our relatives stay may have been short, but she couldn't have been in better hands.

My dad was looked after extremely well in the short time that he was there. All staff were so caring and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It was so nice to know you could phone at anytime just to have updates on Dad, and to be able to visit Dad when he became extremely poorly due to his illness - was just excellent. I would definitely recommend Lime Court.

Very welcoming care home. The staff are very approachable, kind and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is well organised and Covid rules are strictly abided by. I feel very comfortable and happy that we chose this home to provide the care that our dad needs.

My grandmother is so well looked after. It is a lovely home and staff are really good.

The staff at Lime Court have been looking after my father for nearly 2 years now. I cannot recommend them enough or show how grateful I am for the care they have given him. They have been amazing throughout the pandemic and have always made themselves available whenever I have had a question.

This is a fantastic care home. The way the residents are looked after is wonderful. The carers are so good and the entertainment they have is fantastic. I am so pleased my mother is there.

Just wanted to say how amazing the staff have been over the past year during the pandemic, in continuing to give the high standard of care to my Mum and other residents at the home. Safety guidelines have been strictly adhered to, and regular updates are given either via Facebook or directly to me about my Mum and the home. Activities have also been shared on social media, which has shown my mum participating and looking happy. This has given me reassurance and is good to see. I can’t thank the staff and management enough.

I come to visit a friend over in Lime Court, and honestly, the home is always full of love and laughter. The residents always look happy, and I can just tell how happy and well they are looked after. The staff are always on hand to help and will go above and beyond to support their residents. Management is very approachable and friendly - to sum up... a fantastic care home.

The care that my mother is receiving at Lime Court is in my opinion second to none, the staff are genuine (friendly and caring) this I'm sure gives the residents that additional feeling of security. Throughout the pandemic, the staff have kept relatives of residents up-to-date where possible facilitated COVID secure visitation, they are a credit to the team.
