I love the thought of the hairdresser being there and they label mum's clothes for a very small fee, £10 for 50 items. The carers are so friendly and take time to talk to me too which is lovely. Being disabled myself I have to use a scooter and they have to get it into the car.

My mother has been cared for at Madalayne Court for the past eight months, during that time she has had wonderful care and attention. The staff have paid attention to her own particular likes and needs. The whole property is clean, well maintained and always open for visits whenever we wish to see mum. The staff are fantastic all of them cheerfully acknowledge mum as they pass by. This has made such a possibly difficult time for the family so much easier to bear and we are truly grateful and thank them whole heartedly.

I joined Madelayne Court as a part-time care assistant and soon learnt that I loved my new job and wanted to progress.
I then progressed to work as a care team leader, where, once established, I then progressed to a supporting deputy role until 2023. This then gave me the confidence to apply for a deputy manager role when the position became available.
