All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My mum has been a resident for 19 months and is very happy which is good for the family as it puts our minds at ease. If something happens with mum the home phone us straight away couldn't be happier.

My mum came into Park View for 3 weeks respite and they have been fantastic! My mum was very introverted at home, not communicating and refusing personal care. In Park View she was happy, initiating conversation and getting showered and dressed every day. She was constantly smiling and happy. Park View is wonderful!

My Mum was very happy at Park View but she passed away on the 5th November. The staff looked after Mum very well and was very caring. They always welcomed you into the home and offer you tea and chat to you about how Mum is. They always let you know if there is problem and ring you.

My mother was admitted to Park View in November 2014 when her Alzheimers became unmanageable at home. The staff were extremely caring in a very difficult situation right from the start. I have found both the carers, management and support staff exemplary in their very difficult roles. I admire and applaud their patience and professional attitude and have seen them perform above and beyond their remit.

Dad has been taken care of by Park View for a year now. It has taken time but he is settled and happy here. He may not say much but I know he appreciates all the people involved with his care. The carers and all staff are first class. If anything is not quite right, it is soon put right. The home is very well led by the Manager and her team.

I have been here as a resident since May 2016. I have a quiet, private, first-floor room which I am obliged to pay for.

The management and caring staff are kind, patient, overworked, underpaid I like the home and all the staff but miss having many opportunities for good conversations.

As a first experience of care homes, it has been surprisingly good- all the staff are very caring and friendly. Mum has settled in very well. It is comforting to know she is so well cared for especially as her condition is deteriorating. She enjoys the food provided especially the cooked breakfast.
