Overall Experience

I visit my aunty at this care home as, and when i am able to get there. She seems to have settled in very well, and seems happy enough. The staff are always very welcoming, when i come along, and they seem 7to take very great care of my lovely aunty, and treat her, with what seems like the greatest compassion, and dignity. They celebrated her birthday, with her, just as they do with other residents there too. She was even treated to an outing at the new recently opened cat cafe nearby, which she apparently really did enjoy, as she has always been such a cat lover over the years. Thank you so much to all the staff there. It appears you all do such an amazing job.

My mum was admitted for 6 week assessment. She has been welcomed by all staff and residents at Penny Pots care home.

The staff have been very kind and supportive of her needs. I can clearly see how she has improved with her mental state and as a family we can now relax knowing she is well looked after.
