Ewer Court Reviews (1)
Over all time Ewer Court has 1 review.
I would be very worried if I were the manager of Ewer Court when it comes to care inspection time. I am speaking from personal experience, having reported a safeguarding issue that has failed to be properly investigated. We have had to call the local police to investigate. This is ongoing. I would not put a member of my family who is vulnerable in this care facility at present.
We always encourage anyone with concerns to raise them with us directly to enable them to be looked into as soon as possible. We are not aware of this reviewer’s involvement with any of our residents but if they have genuine issues we strongly advise they contact us.

Inspection ratings
We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
- Outstanding - The service is performing exceptionally well.
- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
