The care my dad received was excellent. The kindest and compassion was outstanding. He was looked after so kindly and respectfully. All staff are doing an amazing job. Thanks to the manager and the team. I would definitely use and recommend Sweyne Court to friends and family.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We are glad your Dad had a lovely stay and that you felt that the care he received was outstanding.
The care for my 98-year-old father-in-law has been exceptional. He has made an excellent recovery from his hip replacement thanks to the staff at Sweyne Court.
Thank you for your kind words and positive review. We are glad your father in law made such a good recovery.
Whenever I visit my friend at Sweyne Court, the staff are always very welcoming. They are kind and happy people. My friend always tells me the carers look after her very well. The manager and deputy manager are always talking to residents and getting involved, very friendly people.
Thank you very much for your kind words and we are glad that your friend is well cared for.

Thank you for your review and compliments about your experience living at Sweyne Court Care Home. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. From The Excelcare Team
The premises itself is always clean, tidy and smells good (a positive sign of the pride the staff take in their work and in the home and residents in general).
Activities try to include as many residents as possible; and families are invited to events where the staff go out of their way to provide an enjoyable and inclusive experience.
As a family, we are so grateful that we can visit our brother knowing that the worry of his care has been taken off our shoulders. He is content and so are we.
Many thanks for your kind review. At Sweyne we thrive on providing the best care possible and glad you are satisfied with this care.
I live in the USA and I am visiting my mum. I am very impressed with Sweyne Court but importantly, I love all of the staff. They are so friendly and caring to my mum and other residents. When I am at home, I call to speak to my mum everyday by telephone. I am always greeted by all of the staff in a professional manner. They are all very kind to my mum and that means everything to me.
Thank you very much for your kind words. It is lovely to hear that you are reassured, even from the USA and are satisfied with her care. We hope you enjoy your visit to England.
Mum settled into Sweyne Court very well and we always had a lot of confidence in the staff for the love, care and support they gave her. Particularly over the last couple of days, her needs were studied 100 and the staff also looked after us.
Many thanks for your kind words. We always strive to provide the best care possible and we are glad this was apparent to you. I will pass these kind words on to the team who will be pleased to hear this. We wish you and the family well and hopefully see you soon.
I'm happy here and I love the atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and polite. They have great food. I feel included. All staff treat me very well.
Thank you for this glowing review, we are pleased you are happy at the home and will pass on your comments to the whole team.
My mum went into Sweyne Court for respite whilst I was on holiday. Having visited the home previously, I was convinced this was the right place for Mum to stay. On arrival, she was greeted by a friendly member of the team. He made her feel very welcome. On collecting Mum, she was happy and relaxed. She was clean and nicely dressed. Even though Mum has Alzheimer's, she didn't appear upset in any way. I was very impressed and booked again already.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience of the home and sharing it with others, who may be looking for some respite for their loved one and it may help them. We are delighted to know that Mum had a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to seeing you and her in the very near future.
I always find the staff at Sweyne Court very helpful and friendly and they take great care of my dad. The home is very clean and well-kept.

Thank you for sharing your experience with others and the team, we continue to strive to create a homely feel and support the people in our home to have a fulfilling life.
What a wonderful experience it was to visit my old friend at Sweyne Court who sadly has advanced dementia and does not remember me but it was abundantly clear how well she was being looked after. She was bright and happy and looked very smart. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. We had tea and biscuits in the 'quiet room' which is so lovely. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy and there was a general feeling of cam, warmth and care. Sweyne Court has certainly got it right. 10/10.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and sharing your experience with us and others. We are so pleased you enjoyed your visit with your friend and hope to see you again soon, where you can continue to make many more memories together.
Staff very helpful and they work very hard. Daughter seems happy. Made welcome when visiting.

Sweyne Court is a very clean, comfortable care home. The staff and management are polite, caring and helpful, treating the residents with respect and dignity. The dining and lounge areas are tidy and clean, with the decor nice and bright. The resident's room is good - clean and comfortable. Overall, in my opinion, the care home is a safe environment for residents, is well-maintained and professionally run, and the residents are treated with kindness and compassion.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our care home and sharing your experience of our home with others. We aim to continue providing an excellent service for all those living at our home, and your review, as well as others' reviews, helps us to achieve this.
My mum has been in Sweyne Court for three years. She has always been looked after really well there, and is always happy and chatty with the staff, despite her dementia. My family are in there visiting on various days throughout the week, so see different shifts and staff dealing with various residents. We can see that all residents are dealt with kindly and with respect and dignity. In the past, we have had other family members in other care homes and from this viewpoint, we can tell that Mum is definitely getting the best care possible.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a five star review of Sweyne Court. We are pleased to hear that your mum is happy and settled at Sweyne Court and that you enjoy visiting. We will pass on our kind comments to the team as well. Thank you!
Thank you for looking after her so well.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review of Sweyne Court Care Home; we are pleased to hear that you like the sensory room. We will pass on your comments to the team.
