Sweyne Court is a welcoming, loving and determined care home, which strives to go the extra mile for the care of their residents. Volunteering at Sweyne Court is a privilege, talking with the residents who are always smiling due to the fantastic care they receive. I highly recommend Sweyne Court to anyone as they always go that extra mile, never failing to keep up with the demands of residents.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the care home and sharing your experience whilst you have been volunteering at the home. The residents so look forward to having the younger generation visit and support with activities, manicures and 1-1 reminiscence etc. We truly appreciate your...
Provides a clean, safe and friendly environment. The staff are excellent, can't praise them enough.

The staff are lovely. Have a lovely room. Good food. Excellent.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write a review. We are very glad to know you are happy living at the home and in your surrounding comforts. Your personal review and experience may help to support others looking for a home to live in, thank you.
My stepfather moved into the care home in May 2023 and sadly passed away relatively soon after in September. The care that the staff showed, particularly during his last days was of great comfort to me and indeed the family. Nothing was too much trouble and he was treated with the utmost respect right until the end.
We unfortunately only used Sweyne Court services for five months, but during that time we received a high level of care from all the staff. In the final days the level of care was outstanding, with all staff being very respectful throughout. Ultimately, this service helped our family to see how much the staff care. Above and beyond just a job.
Thank you for being so thoughtful, as to taking the time to write a review and sharing your experience of the home and the team with others. Your kind words and recognition of the care the team, provided at such a difficult time for you all, is very much appreciated and heartfelt by us all at Sweyne Court.
Mum came to Sweyne Court from hospital in London, it all happened fast and I didn't get a chance to see it first. But I can honestly say it's a lovely place, all Mum's needs are catered for. As Mum is a dementia resident, it's not always easy, but I find all the staff patient, caring and have a great sense of humour. They keep me up to date on Mum's needs. We have informative meetings. They treat Mum like they would treat famiy, a great place for your loved ones.
Thank you for your kind words. We are thrilled that you and your mother have had a positive experience of our home. The team will be delighted with these comments and I will be sure to pass them on. We strive to make every move into the home as smooth as possible for our residents and families and...
Excellent care.
It's very kind of you to write a review of the home, sharing your experience. Many thanks.
Mum has been resident in Sweyne Court for almost a year now. Prior to admission she was diagnosed with mild dementia and was unable to care for herself. She wasn't maintaining basic hygiene, was hardly eating and was in a general state of distress. Sweyne Court staff have worked wonders with Mum. She is eating regularly, putting on and maintaining a healthy weight and washing regularly. They look after her health and have tapered her smoking habit from twenty to thirty cigarettes a day to rarely now one or two a week. My mother is very stubborn, so we are astonished at the positive progress. When we visit, Mum is very settled and seems to enjoy the routine and atmosphere of the home. Gone is the anxiety and back is the cheeky humour that we missed before. As a relative, the staff keep us well informed and involved in her care plan, and we are welcome to visit at any time.
Thank you for your review of our care home and for sharing your experience of the home and your mother's progress since she has come to live at Sweyne Court. We are thrilled at the progress and changes that your mother has been able to make with the guidance, care and support of the team. We hope...
We had a very positive and progressive care discussion with the team to address how my mum was, what the care home had done to continue her care and what my brother and I would like to see addressed and suggestions for hobbies. All very positive.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on the home and the care and support that you and your mother have experienced. We continue to aim to provide a comfortable and friendly home for our residents with relatives and friends being a part of the best outcomes for their loved ones.
The staff at Sweyne Court are always helpful and seem very kind and caring with all the residents. My friend settled in quickly and always looks happy. The home looks very clean and welcoming at every visit.

Senyne Court was able to cover all of her needs. They were attentive towards her and kind and caring when she was struggling emotionally as well as physically. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable home for their elderly relatives.

Mum has been a resident since August 2022. Throughout this time, she has settled into the care home. All contact with staff, whether at the home or on the phone, has always been very professional. They show care towards their residents, and every member of staff has always been cheerful and helpful.
We are very happy that Mum has settled into the home well, we aim to make a difference in people's lives and those we care for, treating them with respect, compassion and being like a family. Thank you for sharing your views and your kind words, which may help others who are looking for a home for their loved ones.
I am extremely pleased with the high quality of care my partner receives from all the staff and management at Sweyne Court. The home is kept spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are always polite and happy to help with a smile on their face. The staff are kind and respectful towards my partner and other residents-which is lovely to see. I highly recommend Sweyne Court acre home. Ten out of ten.

I visit once a week and always find the staff very helpful and friendly. They all understand my wife's illness and accommodate her in every way, so she now lives a stress-free life, and she is always very good when I visit; so many thanks to the team.
