Review from Lawrence M (Brother of Resident) published on 4 December 2020 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Cherrycroft is a wonderful place for my brother to live. The home is welcoming, well-designed, and light and airy.
My brother has severe epilepsy and LD.
The manager runs a tight shift - her staff are efficient but also take the time to really get to know the residents as individuals. Their record-keeping and medication training is superb. Inevitable mistakes that occur from time to time are addressed and the focus is on continuous improvement. She and the staff listen to the needs of residents and the concerns of relatives.
My brother has lived at Cherrycroft for a number of years now and is very happy.

The home has been especially supportive during these difficult Covid lockdown months.
