my mother spent 4yrs at Crowstone House and whilst she was a resident the care and tenderness she received was impeccable. She was so well looked after and was very happy. mum passed away at the grand age of 105 and was treated with dignity towards her end of life. Crowstone House is a wonderful care home and great thanks go to all staff management & everyone involved. A big thank you from all mum's family.
Excellent care and attention at all times friendly staff. Good food and plenty of it. We could not have wished for more.
In that time we have never had concern & have never needed to complain about anything. We knew Mum was getting the best care & attention she needed.
Sadly Mum has now passed away & we have much praise for all at Crowstone House,
I find the home very friendly, and staff are very helpful. I find the premises are kept very clean, and I see my wife well looked after, which I am satisfied with.
The care home is clean, nicely decorated and does not smell.
The food is good and if a resident does not like certain meals, the chef will accomodate this, even ordering in foods specifically for that resident.
All the staff are caring and professional.
When visiting, you are alway's made welcome and they will answer any questions that you may have.
The entertainment is also good and i have joined in with the quizzes myself as the staff make it fun.
My mum has received excellent care at Crowstone House. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and lovely people. I could not fault their patience when dealing with difficult family members lost in the confusion of finance planning for care. I love Crowstone's atmosphere, fun and activities, outings, brilliant food and lounges. It's an excellent care home and I would 100% recommend it as the best around.

Crowstone House is an exceedingly well run care home. The staff are friendly and kind, working together to look after their residents. Patience and respect is clearly demonstrated towards all residents and every member of staff clearly tries their best. It is a wonderful care home, and I am glad my Aunt is so happy there.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such positive feedback. It means a great deal to the whole team to know that our efforts are making a difference and that your Aunt feels happy and well cared for here at Crowstone House.Your message will be shared with all the staff, as it will brighten their day and remind them how important their work is.
Our father entered Crowstone House in April 2024. He had previously had a short stay at another Care Home nearby. At our first visit to Crowstone House, we immediately knew it was infinitely better and that it was a 'no brainer' not to move him. We cannot fault the genuine love, care and kindness that Dad received. The staff are amazing. The food is delicious and the rooms are impeccable. Although Dad recently sadly passed away due to age-related issues, we can never thank Crowstone House enough for all that they did for him. We shall be forever grateful to them and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. This is a fabulous care home. Mum has been here only 4 months but is very happy. The staff and manager have gone out of the way to help her settle in. Thank you so much.
Mum has been a resident for the last 10 months and I cant priase the staff enough for the way they look after her. She is always happy when we visit. We are kept well informed about her health and any doctors visits etc. Food is always fresh nd looks tasty and always plentiful. The home is clean and tidy, mums clothes are always clean. Mum has enjoyed days out and staff often involve he rin regular activities. I wouldn't have anywhere else look after her.
I visit my mother almost everyday. Every time she is always happy and smiling. I'm very impressed overall with the effort every member of staff goes to too involve everybody in each of the many activities and games available. Every kind of hobby and interest is catered for and staff always look for suggestions and ideas for new activities all the time, along with varied days out and minibus trips.
My mother has been a full time resident since November 2023. I cannot fault the care and attention she receives, all staff are very caring and well trained. It is a safe, happy and welcoming place to visit. The management and admin staff are brilliant. I am happy in the knowledge that my mum is safe. Thank you.
Crowstone House is a great care home. Very professional and caring staff, always on hand to speak regarding a relative, the carers keep you updated with all incidents and are very friendly. The residents are entertained and well looked after. You can visit at any time and are always welcomed, the rooms are clean and tidy as are all the communal areas. Mum is happy and made friends.
The staff have been very supportive in helping nan settle here. The facilities are good and it's always very clean. They also put on a lot of activities for the residents.
Both my parents moved in initially in September 2023. Unfortunately, my dad died in November that year. Mum has received sympathetic care from regular and consistent staffing and management. Any concerns are dealt with by appropriate staff. The home is a happy, loving home for my mum and I feel content that she is receiving the care she now needs.
From the start of my brother's stay until his death over 3 years later, I cannot fault Crowstone House. They did everything possible to make his days fun and safe. He considered the staff his family. Lovely, happy atmosphere, highly recommend. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for the lovely kind words. It was an absolute pleasure to have your brother as part of our Crowstone family. He will be very sadly missed. Please feel free to pop by anytime to reflect on your brothers life with us, you are always welcome.
I have overall had a very good experience with Crowstone House. Mum is well looked after. I know she is in safe, friendly environment and the well being activities are very good.
I have been truly touched by the warmth and care shown in this beautiful home. The staff's dedication to meeting the resident's needs goes above and beyond. They are always engaging in activities like music and live performances and the food looks truly delightful. The availability of tea and biscuits in the morning and afternoon, followed by the evening tea, creates a comforting and welcoming atmosphere.
I highly recommend them - Both my parents are there, they are safe, happy and comfortable. I can't for anymore.
