Review from Stephen P (Uncle of Resident) published on 26 June 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
When we visited at Easter, my niece seemed to be happy and her speech and responses seemed to be much improved.

Her key worker was extremely helpful and showed a genuine affection toward my niece.

Overall Experience
Overall I am very happy with my daughter's life at Caroline House.
I feel listened to and respected. The staff take time to try to learn from my experiences with my daughter and they share their experiences with me too.
I feel that my daughter has the opportunity of an inclusive life.

The staff try really hard to understand her needs and provide a happy atmosphere for her to live in.

Review from Michael R (Father of Resident) published on 26 June 2025 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Good communication, friendly approachable staff.
However not familiar with all staff due to no update on the photo board.or any introduction to new members of staff when they are employed,

My view is the home is restricted as space is at a premium due to to many wheelchairs for the community space available ,
