The Oaks care home in Bedhampton Hampshire cares for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, from as young as 18 up to 65 years.
Having opened in July 2006, the home has single occupancy rooms and all have en-suite wet room facilities.
The Oaks also has two bathrooms with hoist facilities.
Staff encourage residents to lead full, active lives within the home and outside in the community. Their role is to support the residents' independent living.
Staff promote each resident's achievements and strengths without losing sight of their disability and individual needs.
Residents can personalise their rooms to suit their tastes.
Meals prepared onsite are healthy and delicious.
All prospective residents are given the opportunity of a trial visit before moving to the home.
