Activities are a particularly highlight of life in the home, with a busy and varied programme of events that all the staff get involved with under the guidance of the enthusiastic activities co-ordinator.

Sunnycroft's cooks ensure all tastes are catered for with delicious meals that are freshly-prepared on the premises.

All of the fully-furnished bedrooms have en suite facilities and the newer rooms are also fitted with showers. Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms.

The lounges and terraces have views over open countryside, where farm and wild animals can often be seen. This view is shared by many of the bedrooms.

My mother-in-law came to stay at Sunnycroft for nineteen nights for respite. The care from the minute she arrived was a relief to know she was in good hands. She ate well, the staff were very caring and fun, the rooms were spotless and above all else she was safe. Thank you and we look forward to visiting

My mum recently moved into Sunnycroft Care Home. It is without a doubt the nicest care home I have ever been in. I have worked in care for twelve years and I would absolutely love to work in a care home like this. It is light and airy with lovely views and it smells clean and fresh when you walk in.
The staff are lovely. They are kind, friendly and cheerful. They are wonderful with the residents. They make visitors feel welcome and are helpful and informative. My mum absolutely loves it there. She loves the food, staff and her room. It doesn't feel like a care home. We were so lucky to have found this gem of a place for our mum. I would 100 % recommend this superb care home to anyone.

Mum has resided at Sunnycroft for less than a year. Mum is safe and well cared for, she gets on well with the staff, and they, in turn, think a lot of her and are very supportive, caring and loving towards her as they are her family. Mum's room is comfortable, with lovely views. Mum enjoys the activities
when she attends them and is very much encouraged to do so but equally respected if she is not feeling up to it. Mum especially loved the trip on a boat at Hamble for the Remembrance Service, the King's Coronation and the party held at Sunnycroft with a singer present.

My mum had been a resident of Sunnycroft care home for nearly two years now, as it was recommended to me by a friend, and I wouldn't want her staying anywhere else. All the staff there go above and beyond with the residents and the visitors that come to see their relatives. Would highly recommend this

My mum had been at Sunnycroft for just under three years. When she arrived, she was very frail and had lost her zest for life, but with all their exceptional care and encouragement, Mum has returned to her former health and is now back to living independently. Not what we thought was possible three
years ago.
If Mum needed care in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sunnycroft again.
The staff genuinely cares, and Mum was made to feel like one of the family.

I always get a welcome from the staff and chat with them freely. They know who I come to see and know her well. She is happy, content, and well looked after there. It's a well-run home from the manager downwards and has a lovely, homely feel to it always. It is such a blessing to our family that she

Dad has been at Sunnycroft for almost 18 years now and has always been very happy and really well looked after. What I love most about Sunnycroft is that the staff genuinely love Dad and treat him like their own family, and that means the absolute world to me when I can't be there to look after him.
